Three Dog Moon
Date of Scene: 08 January 2024
Location: Penguin Park - Penguin Playground
Synopsis: Posing as Shadow Weaver, Double Trouble summons a giant dusk zone cerberus above the pond in Penguin Park and lets it rampage toward the playground full of children. Then, when the magical girls inevitably show up to save the day, they pose as Dianora and let them rescue her, plan a sleep over, and start a search for her missing roommate. It's really nice when a plan works out perfectly.
Cast of Characters: Double Trouble, Tadase Hotori, Nanoha Takamachi, Ahmya Karashima, Usagi Tsukino, Amanda Faust

Double Trouble has posed:
Their plan was finally ready to set into motion. Double Trouble had done a trial run with Adora--because messing with Adora is always fun--but now it was time to do it for real. Now it was time to see what other mahou they could reel in with their ploy. So they had spent the last week prepping. They were able to secure a device that would let them pull a creature across from the Dusk Zone to their location, and they spent several days popping around to find one that was just the right mixture of terrifying but controllable with their magic. Or, well, controllable enough.

And then their dorm room exploded.

Honestly, the timing couldn't be better. Causing drama an chaos in everyone else's lives was their favorite way to distract themselves from the drama in their own. So they slipped into someone just a little more evil; a little more villainous. This was going to be fun.

Appearing in the dark, late afternoon shadows of one of the museums, Shadow Weaver looks a bit out of place as she sweeps toward the pond in the center of the park. The shadows almost seem to cling to her and follow her, and she's wearing peculiar robes. She wants to make an impression but she's easy to dismiss as a cosplayer.

Right up until she holds the little device in the air and says, "Come!"

There's a crack and a huge, black, three-headed canine-looking creature falls out of the sky and into the water with a massive SPLASH that sends waves to the shore. A moment later it's leaping out of the water and then shaking it's entire body sending water absolutely everywhere. It's almost cute, except for how a moment later all three heads start making very loud very sharp very scary sounds and the creature starts to bound off toward the playground.

Those people all look so tasty.

Tadase Hotori has posed:
Tadase Hotori is, for once, already outside and in henshin. He's leaping along a rooftop, following a van with EASTER CORPORATION written on the side of it, trying to keep up with it, figure out here he's going. But then Shadow Weaver summons a monster dog from the Dusk Zone and Kiseki can feel it - which means, merged with him, that Tadase Hotori can feel it too - that cold chill creeping up Platinum Royale's spine. He leaps to the next rooftop and stops. "Ugh, that feels gross." He says, to nobody. Kiseki can only speak to Tadase now, but it's not like the rooftop is exactly full of other people.

"It's Dark Energy, it's a lot of it." Kiseki explains internally.

"We'll have to let the van go." Platinum says, and within Kiseki agrees. Possible danger takes a back seat to totally absolutely danger. The two of them change course and start to make their way from downtown Mitakihara to Pikarigaoka's penguin park.

Platinum Royale lands between the playground and the... cerberus. It's a freakin' Dusk Zone cerberus. "Well, it could be worse. Could be a three headed cat." Kiseki says in Tadase's mind as Platinum Royale raises his scepter. "Hey! Hey! Forget the civilians! I don't suppose you want to play fetch?" he asks. But he's ready to shield himself. At least he has a shield unlike those on the playground.

Nanoha Takamachi has posed:
Nanoha Takamachi was enjoying a simple winter walk. She helped save Christmas, and felt pretty damn special because of it. She had a nice cup of hot chocolate and was enjoying it thoroughly when... a big dumb three headed dog comes crashing down into the nearby pond and jumps out, by the time it's done shaking itself dry...

Nanoha Takamachi already has shifted in her barrier jacket behind a helpful mailbox-- mostly for everyone else's sake-- and started flying towards the dog as she narrowed her eyes at it...

"Good puppies. Behave, please?" she asks. "And we can see about getting you a treat!" she said. "Maybe some big bones from the butcher shop?" she asked curiously. "My mom knows a place!" she says.

"Good. Puppies." she says.

Ahmya Karashima has posed:
Among the vegetation of the park, Ahmya Karashima had already been there, knelt down and searching under rocks and around fallen bits of wood carefully. She was on the hunt tonight! A hunt for... something interesting and neat and hopefully not venomous! Unfortunately today she'd mostly been only finding a few small beetles or worms, rather than any particularly interesting insects to collect, so her small terrariam that she was holding along with the little bug net were proving to be unhelpful at the moment.

That was until somewhere nearby, she'd heard someone shouting 'Come!', and then a ~crack~.

Ahmya's gaze is drawn upwards towards the source of that crack, and t hen... a giant three-headed puppy is summoned, running towards the playground. One that sounded rather threatening and angry and also just drenched her in pond water. A soft sigh escapes her lips as she stands. Nearby a small eyeball with 8 legs was making frantic gestures towards her, little squeaks escaping it. "I know, Bee. That doesn't look good at all, huh?" Ahmya responds to the little eye-spider. "You'd better hide for now."

Ahmya holds her hands forward, not even particularly trying to hide herself or her presence beyond the natural cover the foliage grants her, holding her hands out together before spreading them outward in a straight line, creating a circle with a line through the center of it. From the center of that circle, a webbing design spreads, creating a wide-brimmed hat in its place. Shortly after, said hat is flipped up over Ahmya's head, a gossamer, golden veil spreading out from it and briefly obscuring the young woman, and when the hat and veil are properly in place Ahmya's clothing has changed into something not dissimilar from a miko kimono, and held lightly in her hands is a large katana.

A quick leap places Goldenweb Yorotsuchi between the cerberus and the playground, and the large Katana is swung through the air. "Come now, you are a bit large to play at this playground, puppy." From the tip of said odachi, golden threads are sent flipping out to create a thin volley ball-type net to attempt to stop the cerberus in its tracks, at least temporarily. If nothing else, it's potentially a bit of a sticky distraction!

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Sailor Moon had considered visiting the zoo or one of the museums in Penguin Park, but it just - it sounded like a lot more fun to do with friends! Going all by herself just sounded so lonely, so she'd decided to do a patrol around the area instead. If she posed for pictures and pretended to be a Cool Sailor V cosplayer for some grade schoolers, that was no one's business but her own!

Only, before long, there was a sound all too familiar to Sailor Moon - the sound of trouble. Which, in this case, was the sound of a very large dog.

Dogs?

"Hey, kids! Sailor Moon says you should run off, while I take care of this big, bad, dog!" She strikes a pose, then as the kids run off, runs herself - towards the danger, unfortunately. That dog looked so big and so slobbery and also fang-y and all around unpleasant. There are plenty of other heroes, though - mostly ones Sailor Moon doesn't recognize, even, which doesn't happen too often. She smiles a little at Nanoha, who's suggesting bones to the dog, and strikes a pose.

"A justice speech is probably wasted on you, pooch, but this is no place for dog-gone-crimes! We'll stop you here and now!"

Maybe a little justice speech, as a treat.

Amanda Faust has posed:
Amy is also out for a walk. Saving Christmas and all, recently... She's lost in her thoughts, passing the playground in an ice-blue parka and stopping to reminisce about the distant past when she played on playgrounds herself.

And then there's a giant, wet, dog.

Nanoha runs to the mailbox -- Amy runs to the next lot to change behind a fence, although anyone looking for it can still see the fiery glow of her henshin sequence.

She leaps to the fence and from there to the top of a jungle gym. Nanoha and Usagi are already giving it what for, and... it is a dog. She holds out her hand in a 'stop' gesture. "Hey uh. Good doggy. Nice doggy." She repeats the phrase in Japanese and English, just in case it somehow recognizes one or the other. She's hesitant to attack what may just be a scared and frightened animal, as long as it hasn't attacked anyone yet...

Double Trouble has posed:
There are small dogs, medium-sized dogs, big dogs, and huge dogs. And then there's this creature. It's very big for a dog. It's bigger than a horse. It's bigger than a car. It's bigger than an F-450 Super Duty. There are apartments in Mitakihara smaller than this creature.

It comes skidding to a halt as all the heroes array themselves in front of it, blocking its path to the the playground and all the delicious looking treat-toys that are running away from it. Albeit some of them a little more slowly than others. It's scary but cool, and there's nothing quite like the recklessness that comes along with childlike wonder. They're all out of reach of the creature, though.

As it stands there and looks at the heroes it becomes clear that with three heads comes three personalities. The one in the middle never stops making that loud, sharp sound. Bork bork bork bork. The one to the left look suspicious and snarls. The one on the left? Well, it's just happy to be here. It's tongue...like...part...is hanging out of it's mouth and it's just clearly excited to be somewhere new! Maybe those girls want to play.

And that's what makes it lurch forward again. The entire body bounding directly toward Nanoha and her offer of bones. It doesn't know what a butcher shop is, but maybe she means her bones. They're right there. Bork bork bork bork.

Meanwhile, Shadow Weaver glides back into the shadows, letting them engulf and obscure her.

Tadase Hotori has posed:
Platinum Royale is happy to see so many magical girls show up. "Alright, there's two more of us than this dog has heads. We'll be fine." he says. That may have been somewhat influenced by the Chara he's merged with. And he peers a bit at the dog - and the last head particularly. "Well actually, we may have two and a half more heads - I'm not sure we can give that last one full credit." he notes

But the time for mere snappy talk is over, and instead it's time for snappy talk while doing magical-boy things. He is -so much faster and more agile- as Platinum Royale than he was even chara changed, and he almost overshoots interposing himself between Nanoha and the cerbyoumus. He skids to a stop in front of the dog, his scepter held out.

"Holy Crown!" Platinum Royale calls out, and a glowing golden-bright field of energy erupts from the scepter's tip, and it's close and solid enough to push the dog back - and maybe register as an attack. That... may be a problem soon. "Bad dog! Bad!" Platinum calls. He had a dog once. He's got no ill will towards it - except, as Kiseki reminds him, it's leaking Dark Energy all over the place and is therefore probably defaulted to hostility. Bad Dog may in fact just be a statement of fact.

Ahmya Karashima has posed:
Okay, so there's... several small children there, one of which is offering bones, another suggesting playing fetch, a Justice Speech Warrior, aaaand... another person speaking in both japanese and english and trying to calm the dog. Okay, so maybe this isn't as much of a threat as she thought! Maybe.

On the other hand that was a large dog, going towards a smol girl. And one of those heads looks pretty fierce! One of them looks very pettable though. Honestly if it were about 10 times smaller Goldenweb Yorotsuchi would probably love to have it as a pet. Unfortunately the new trajectory meant that her net was ... probably less helpful than it could have been. Okay.

Goldenweb Yorotsuchi moves forward towards said web-net to run her fingers along it. Golden runes being etched into the webbing as she murmurs something under her breath to the webbing. Anyone who knows anything about arcane runes would know very quickly that said runes are basically gibberish, like the equivalent of someone wearing a shirt with chinese letters on them that mean like 'chop stick' thinking it looks cool.

Regardless of this fact, the golden volley ball net sparks to life with energy and is launched towards the dog, spreading wide to attempt to entrap it in golden threads when/if it's knocked back by Platinum Royale. "Down puppy, she's a bit small for you to play with! You'll do more harm than fun like that." If the webbing successfully surrounds the cerberus, Goldenweb Yorotsuchi will lift her hand towards it and close it, causing the web to tighten around the giant mythical beast, hopefully rendering it unable to move -- even if temporarily!

Amanda Faust has posed:
Amy furrows her brow as she mentally reviews Tadase's logic.

It's going for Nanoha, but that's not an attack, and the girl can fly after all. She's willing to give diplomacy a chance--Oh. now it's shielded. "I don't suppose you can talk... no, you probably would have by now. Where did you come from?" She looks around. "How did you get here? Aren't there usually Dark Generals controlling these things, rather than letting them run wild? I mean..."

    Come to think of it...

She leaps back to the fence and circles the playground, making sure none of the fleeing children just immediately ended up falling over being energy drained, somewhere.

Nanoha Takamachi has posed:
Oh no, the dog is lunging at her! She braces for impact, because she was really hoping it was just a lost dog, before Platinum Royale interposes himself between him and it, pushes the dog back enough for her to respond and get higher in the air, hopefully away from it as she whews. "T...thank you!" she says.

She then fires a barrage of shot barrets, something she's gotten good enough at casting by now she doesn't need to call it out-- orbs that turn into lances of brilliant magenta light lasers down at the beast, as she frowns. "Bad dogs. Bad. Sit...!" she commands loudly from her ne aerial place.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
The dog is two-thirds terrifying and one third silly and fun, and if it was more of that last one, she'd be a lot more excited about this whole thing. At least it stopped when she asked it too?

Only - oh heck, "Look out!"

She's got nothing that could blow back a huge creature like that - except, the boy in a crown knocks it back, and the girl with the long white hair and golden veil manages to web it up.

"If this thing is corrupted, I can purify it," Sailor Moon says quickly, her Moon Stick in hand, silver crystal gleaming faintly in the crescent shaped wand. "But if it's just like this, I'm not sure what we can do besides fight it! If it's not corrupted, it might just - disappear."

Because of that, she's avoiding just outright launching her purifying attack - even with the beast being frightening, it's clear she doesn't want to risk just vaporing the poor thing! She frowns tensely as Amy just walks up closer, looking nervous, then - "I told some kids to run, but I don't know if anyone else got it."

Double Trouble has posed:
The dog may be terrifying, but Platinum Royale is right. They've got it outnumbered and outmatched. The Holy Crown knocks the beast back into Goldenweb's net, which wraps around the beast making it let out the most chalkboard-screechingest yelping whines. Three of them.

Nanonha leaps up into the air and sends her barrage of magic laser light at the beast, hitting the beast and causing those whines to turn into howls. It's so bad. The beast thrashes hard against the net, and with it weakened by the laser barrage, the net tears open and the beast turns to run away from the mahou, away from the playground, off toward the other end of the park.

Amy doesn't spot any kids falling over like they're being drained. The kids all ran off just like Sailor Moon told them to, and it doesn't look like they ran off into any sort of trap. But as Amy comes around full circle she does see one kid. Dianora Lagorio is just slowly plodding along toward the playground with her head down and huge, over-ear headphones covering her ears. She seems completely preoccupied with something. Completely oblivious to her surroundings.

So she doesn't see the huge, monstrous beast barreling toward her until it's shadow obscures the afternoon sun. She looks up and her green eyes go wide and she screams.

Ahmya Karashima has posed:
"Dark generals? My my! That sounds like a member of the Black Twilight Pact. We clearly shall have to find them after we handle this untrained pup!" Goldenweb Yorotsuchi calls out in response to Amy. Sailor Moon's comments get a small frown from Goldenweb Yorotsuchi. "I would much rather it be something corrupted and purify-able than something simply made to disappear. Though it's poorly trained, it acts as an animal, not a force of evil." Probably. This is her first real fight. She's kind of just making it up as she goes while using what little practice she got alongside Aunty Rache.

If only she'd studied banishment magic more! Perhaps she could do something like that! "I am capable of traps or arcane blasts, I can continue attempting to immobilize it while a plan is decided upon if necessary, though my webbing's ability to hold it likely will end should I run out of mana to reinforce the webbing with." Look, golden orb weaver webbing is strong, and since she can produce more than the average spider it's actually quite strong! ... But it's not 'hold an apartment-sized cerberus' strong. Especially if fire starts being thrown around. "While there is more I can do, it is largely unhelpful." She looks up towards the cerberus with her one eye, quietly examining the beast's energy as best as she can. "My estimate of its energies outweighs my priestessly purification powers, at best I could assist, but it may be as a drop in the sea."

Piteous yelps, struggling, and then the cerberus breaks free. It's running from the group of Mahou. "...Change of plans. Take care of the beast!" Goldenweb Yorotsuchi lifts her hand, a golden wring around her finger glowing briefly as several threads are traced into the air, flipped towards a tree which she pulls against, slingshotting herself in the direction of Dianora Langorio with several repeated webslinging movements like that, leaving behind a small maze of golden webs in her wake. Her final web swing is sent to swing her AROUND in front of the Cerberus, unleashing another larger netting of web in front of the cerberus with one simple intent: To attach it to another nearby tree and send it flinging back, hopefully launching it into the maze of webbing left in her wake and get it tangled up while others hopefully take care of the terrified, screaming girl.

Tadase Hotori has posed:
Tadase has... difficulty... with sad or injured or even just unhappy dog sounds. They grate at him, bring up painful memories for him. Fighting the three headed dog, no problems.

This means that he's a little out of place when the dog breaks free, and... well... that's what teamwork is for. Covering for you when you can't get there in time. Thankfully there are others on the way. Now, Tadase just needs to keep the dog from attacking the small green-eyed child, since the webweaver is on the way to help. He levels his scepter at the dog. "Sorry, doggie." he says. But there's a child in danger.

"Holy Shot!"Platinum Royale calls, shooting a thin, low power and frankly mostly irritating corsucating beam of light at the dog's midsection. "Over here! Hey! Come on!" If only he had the strength of a precure he could throw a tree for a game of fetch. Oh well. These powers sure beat what he was stuck with previously.

Nanoha Takamachi has posed:
Nanoha Takamachi is airborne and chases after the three-headed pup as she continues to lance it with shot barrets. "Come on...if it can be purified... shouldn't be doing that? Or ... does. Like. Does it matter if it vanishes if it's purified to end with if it's a big danger!?" she calls out as she hears a scream.

"Oh no... HYPERION SMASHER...!"

< Hyperion Smasher! > goes Raising Heart as a tremendous blast lances out from Raising Heart towards the beast!

Amanda Faust has posed:
"Hey! Look out!" Amy shouts, although even as the words are coming out of her mouth she sees the headphones and knows they'll be useless. At least she already sees Dianora... The equally-small magical girl leaps to Dianora's side, attempts to hoist her over her left shoulder with mahou strength, and manifests her rocket launcher to fire at the ground below them and simultaneously rocket-jump away while hopefully scaring the dog away from her.

If there was a rooftop in that direction, she angled the jump to land there, otherwise she'll settle for landing wherever. "Hold on tight!"

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
Those screeching whines are enough to have Sailor Moon clutching her ears, especially when they turn into howls. She can barely hear the others over the baying of the dogs (dog?), but she hears the scream of a frightened girl, cutting through all the noise, and she runs.

Runs right towards that panicked, terrified scream - let the others handle the fighting! Sailor Moon has to protect the heart (and body) of a terrified young girl!

- Except Puella Red gets there first.

Well!! That works!!!

With that said, she whips around, Moon Stick in hand. There's no more time to waver, wondering about the fate of a giant monster dog. Where would they even put a giant monster dog? There's only one thing to do.

"Moon Healing Escalation!"

A golden circle is carved in the air, and beams of silver light and wisps of silver mist pour out over the field, swarming over the giant three-headed beast.

"I'm sorry, but in the name of the Moon, this beautiful soldier must get those paws to quit trotting!"

Double Trouble has posed:
The beast never stood a chance. Goldenweb's tactic would have been a good one, if it weren't for Platinum Royal's very effective distraction. The duskbeast skids on the ground to turn at right angles to it's path, sending dirt and turf spraying up in a wave as it turns to chase after the source of that annoying pain in its flank.

Amy swoops in, snags the smol, Italian girl and launches them up and away. The nearest roof is on top of the building near the playground with the public restrooms. The girl even stops screaming partway through the flight. When they land she slowly pulls her headphones down to her neck as she looks at the puella with the biggest, most UwU eyes, and then launches at her with a hug. "You saved me!"

Nanoha flies after the dog, easily diverting course as it does, her big energy blast utterly destroying one of its legs and sending it tumbling to the ground, rolling tail over head and landing on it's back. It makes the most pained sound.

And then the silver light and mist of Sailor Moon's purification powers wash over it enveloping it in a bright light and the entire beast just disintigrates into a black dust that just blows away on the light winter breeze. Sorry Sailor Moon, you really did do it this time.

Tadase Hotori has posed:
Platinum Royale watches as the dog becomes an ex-dog and flutters away on the breeze. "Well... maybe it's just... like one of those monsters in a game. You just... sent it back to its home world. Banished it?" he offers, trying to make both himself and Usagi feel better. It's like the magical version of sending it to a farm upstate, but it's just enough he can hold onto it.

"Besides, it didn't belong here, somebody would have gotten hurt. Like that kid over there." he says, motioning over to Dianora. "So either way it was the only thing we could have done, the only choice that made sense." Is he trying to make Usagi feel better, or himself? (yes).

Ahmya Karashima has posed:
"...Unfortunately, you're right." Goldenweb Yorotsuchi is the response to Nanoha. "Though it is running, it is clearly a threat." Her web net was ultimately unnecessary, fading out as the cerberus is blasted. Everything in her wants to look away as the spells strike the beast, but instead she forces herself to watch.

If nothing else, if this is where it dies, its moments should be witnessed. After the various blasts are out of the way, Goldenweb Yorotsuchi walks towards the disintegrating beast, lifting a hand to lightly rest it on the beast's rapidly disappearing side and taking hold of one of her magatama as she whispers a soft prayer under her breath, ending with a soft, "May you find a life of fun in your next." The dust blows away as she quietly slides her odachi back into a sheathe that sparks into existence, the blade and sheathe disappearing after it's slipped into it.

"It was important to protect those around here." She says softly. "I agree with the others. This was necessary." There was a tear trailing down her cheek on the side that was not covered by the sash-style eyepatch, in spite of strong words. She's not crying, you're crying. "Its howls were clearly aggressive each time it ran towards small children, it clearly was dangerous." She lifts one of the arms of her kimono to gently dab away the tear, cleansing her cheek to retain a strong face. "And at least the danger is now passed. I think." She lifts a hand up over her eye, a soft golden glow and runes sparking to life around the edges of her iris as she quietly looks around, checking for other major (Non-obscured) sources of dark energy carefully.

Nanoha Takamachi has posed:
Nanoha Takamachi floats down when the monster disintegrates. She sighs and settles as she brushes her barrier jacket off. "It was going after an innocent, we had to do something. I'm sorry." she says to anyone who's having bad feelings about it. "You're right. It didn't belong here and it was violent." she says with a frown.

"Um thanks for the assist, back there." she says to Platinum Royale with a little bit of a blush, as she looks over to where the dog was, and over to Sailor Moon. "Thank you, Sailor Moon and everyone." she says softly.

Amanda Faust has posed:
Amy blinks at the hug. Honestly these situations have usually had any conscious civilians either frightened or paying attention to other sparkleskirts than her. This might be the first time a civilian directly told her she saved them. "Um... yeah." She dismisses the weapon and pats little (well, same-size, to Amy) Dionora on the back, a smile creeping onto her face.

And then her eyes widen as a short distance away the dusk dog is blasted into dust. Damn. Guess it was... made of darkness, or whatever.

Amy makes sure to keep hugging and patting Dionora until the dog is completely gone so she won't see. Then she lets go and takes a step back. "You're welcome! Just doing my job as a Magical Girl, heh!"

The red-hued Puella Magi cocks her head to the left and puts her right hand on her waist. "You know, I'd impart some lesson here but really, I don't think you can be blamed for not looking out for giant monsters? Like... it would be ridiculous to be looking out for them all the time, that'd be paranoid. Kind of a... [Snow Goons are bad news] of lessons, here. Not very useful."

Amy considers. "Still, I suppose in general... when you're alone? And not like, at your house or something? You should try to have a little more situational awareness. Someone might pick on you." She scratches her head. "I guess I can't really talk, having walked into a telephone pole with my nose in a book a few times... well, let me help you down now that the monster's gone."

She attempts to lift Dionora up in a princess carry and hops down from the building, depositing their rescuee on the ground. "I'm Magical Rocket Girl Red," She curtseys, "And I have been your Magical Girl today. And so have all these fine folks." She waves a hand at the others.

She stands there a moment, awkwardly. "........Um. Magical Girl, away!" Amy leaps back up to the roof, then to the top of a swingset, then to the jingle gym, then to the fence, and then drops on the other side of it to de-henshin out of sight.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
The dog - dissolves. There's really no other word for it - the poor pooch just ...vanishes.

Sailor Moon is very obviously full of guilt and devastation. She clenches her fist around the Moon Stick and tips her head back to the sky, not meeting the eyes of any of her allies.

"It must have been all dark energy," she says quietly, "There must have been just - nothing there that could be purified. It was... it would have kept attacking people, and we didn't have a place to take a dog that small, and... and..."

What else can she say? It's not even about excuses, just about - sorrow. She turns away from the scene, back to the girl they had saved, and she bows to her, a little solemn.

"I'm sorry you were scared, miss! When you're in danger, someone will always try to help - but no one expects a giant dog."

She's smiling a little, at poor Red's awkward escape.

Double Trouble has posed:
Dianora Lagorio steps back from the hug and then looks down at her feet on the roof of the building and scuffs one of her black mary janes against the metal as she listens. "I know. I just...have a lot on my mind," she says, suddenly shy. "I'll pay more attention, I promise."

Then Amy picks her up like the princess she absolutely is and she squeals from surprise and delight. She assumes the position, her arms thrown around Amy's neck and her hair trailing out in the wind as they descend to the ground with the others.

She looks from Amy to all the other heroes and her eyes get bigger and bigger. Then Sailor Moon speaks and she just stares, just dumbstruck for a moment before launching herself at the blonde for a hug. "Thank you for saving us all from that monster!!"

Ahmya Karashima has posed:
"Yes." Is the simple response to Nanoha from Goldenweb Yorotsuchi. It didn't stop the fact that there was that cute head that looked totally harmless and not at all like it was a monster. But evidently it... simply ... didn't have any place in this world. A deep breath, and Goldenweb Yorotsuchi turns towards the others.

And then she sees the way Sailor Moon is actively looking away. The talk. And the guilt on the girl's face. The soft tapping of the wooden sandals on Goldenweb Yorotsuchi's feet can be heard as she steps towards Sailor Moon. "Yes. It was all dark energy. There was nothing there to purify." She says, her tone soft, calming, soothing. A practiced gentleness that seemed to flow from her as naturally as she breathed, her steps growing closer to Sailor Moon until she's close enough with open arms. If Sailor Moon doesn't show any signs of stepping away, she would gently pull her into a hug, pulling that golden veil over the two of them to obscure the both of them somewhat from sight.

"It doesn't stop the pain. You are kind to cry for a being of darkness." She murmurs softly, "It is good that you are in this world." All the while, an eyeball with 8 spindly legs quietly is climbing up the veil until it's perched atop Goldenweb Yorotsuchi's hat, the eye-spider slowly turning its eye around as if keeping watch while the two are potentially in a somewhat vulnerable position.

... A hug that apparently she's joining as Dianora just. Flings herself at the girl instead of moving in somewhat slower and more carefully. Well okay then. "My, my. I understand that your life may have been just saved, but you are quite the huggy one, aren't you?" She says bemusedly.

Tadase Hotori has posed:
Well, the Goldenweb girl says a bit of a prayer, and that was all there was to it. Like a mountain lion who wandered into a farm, only the mountain lion had three heads and was made of pure evil and when it wanted to play it was still highly destructive. "Maybe one day we can figure out how to stop stuff like that from ending up over here." Platinum Royale says.

"Happy to help. I couldn't have put as much power into the air as you could have, or Sailor Moon, but it doesn't mean we don't all have parts to play." Royale says to Nanoha. "I'm T... Platinum Royale. IT's good to see so many people who move so quick when others are in danger."

Tadase walks between the girls, looking around. "Did anyone hear or see anything before giant Dark Dog happened? I got here because of the energy but maybe somebody heard something? That one was... pretty large, to have been an accidental traveler." he says. "Usually the bigger youma are Phantom Empire or something, they're created or called by someone." he notes.

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
For all that Sailor Moon is filled with guilt, she is also a girl of much hope and many feelings - a girl who is happy to be hugged, in this moment of sadness. She clutches Golden Yorotsuchi with perhaps surprising strength, sucking in a harsh, deep breath, grateful for the comfort - both in words and in gesture.

"Thanks," she says quietly, her voice rough with emotion. And then she yelps, as the victim of the day throws herself at her, all eager gratitude and hugs, and she clutches her as well, squeezing tight. "Of course! We all worked together, you know? I'm glad you're okay, and that no one got hurt. It doesn't always work out this well."

The monster is gone, a dog that could never be played with properly, never happily homed, but no one was hurt, and even the park is undamaged. It is unmistable a victory in so many ways. "Do you think you can get home safe?"

Double Trouble has posed:
Dianora Lagorio steps back from the hug and spins around on the spot to smile at everyone. Sailor Moon said they all helped, and they saved her life. "Thank you all so much!"

Then Sailor Moon asks if she thinks she can get home safe, and Dianora bursts into tears. "NO! I can't!" She cries out. Her hands are balled up into fists shoved down at her side. "I mean yes. I can get to my temporary room safely, assuming no more giant monsters attack me. But my room exploded yesterday. How can I get home safe if my home's not safe?"

Ahmya Karashima has posed:
Tadase gets a small nod from Goldenweb Yorotsuchi, "Yes, I was likely the closest to the source at the start, having coincidentally been in the park already. A lady with kind of a ... gravelly and rough voice said 'Come' and then there was a cracking sound, followed by the appearance of the cerberus which then fell into the park fountain." She leaves out the part that she was soaked by it. That's irrelevant. Yep.

"That's about all I have though, I was not looking in the direction until after I heard the call and most other details were lost to the fact there was suddenly a large, very distracting three-headed dog." The tight hug is returned more gently to Sailor Moon, Goldenweb Yorotsuchi gently rubbing the senshi's back a moment after that 'thanks' and then the yelp of being tackled gets a soft chuckle. The hug is gently released and Goldenweb Yorotsuchi would then step back -- though it might take a moment of extrication since her veil may be a bit involved in the hug now. It looked neat but sometimes it gets in the way!

Luckily Dianora lets go relatively quickly as well. 'No, my home /exploded/.' "Ah, you must go to Radiant Heart then. I believe they are housing those who were displaced in the accident at the clubs, are they not? It should likely be safe enough there, there's likely teachers and also just, well, a lot of other students there, I don't imagine there's many safer places at the moment." Probably.

Tadase Hotori has posed:
"Oh, temporary room." Platinum says. "So I guess you're one of the ones who got displaced by the explosion. Sorry." He says, shaking his head. First the girl's dorm was wrecked, and then the giant dog monster? Hell of the weekend for the kid. He felt badly for her. But it was hard to be in safer hands than a group of magical girls. And he had additional concerns.

"So, it does sound like somebody called it here, then." Royale muses. "But not the kind of person who makes a big deal out of it, which is unusual. It's usually all dramatic speeches and threats. But someone who knows how to keep their head down..." he muses, aloud. Maybe he'll ask Ikuto. "Should be careful about any more random big animals, and maybe make sure the others know."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
"I didn't really notice anything before the giant dog fell out of the sky," Sailor Moon says sheepishly to Platinum Royale, before looking down with concern at the girl they'd rescued. "There was... an explosion?"

Her lips purse in concern - and sure, her other new ally has information, and ideas, but she can guess that staying in the club room just would not be comfy...

"If you can keep a secret, I know a dorm room that was empty all term. I could take you there for the night, and we could have a sleepover, so you don't have to feel scared. In the morning, we can ask the campus what they can do for you - I know it's the not the same as having your normal place, but... it might be nicer than being in the Club Building?"

She can't imagine the fear she'd have, if her home exploded and then a giant dog attacked her! She'd want to be taken care of too, with extra care.

She's glancing at everyone else, too - it sounds like they're probably Radiant Heart students too, and she really doesn't want to get in trouble for sneaking into that empty room. They'll have a heart, right?

Ahmya Karashima has posed:
"I'm staying in the animal club myself." Yorotsuchi comments towards Platinum. "Several of the club members have brought their pets to comfort people so it's rather cozy right now." She says with a small smile. The comment of calling it here and such... there was a pause as Yorotsuchi thinks a moment.

"That said... if there is an unknown enemy that's potentially still in the area, perhaps we should be more on guard." Once more that golden-ringed eye sweeps the area, the eye-spider on her head looking the opposite direction of her as she does. "...Though I'm not seeing anything anymore, so... they may be very good at hiding. Or have left already. Hm." She shrugs helplessly. No need to excessively worry. There were bigger things, like a displaced girl. "Regardless." She dips into a polite bow, tipping her wide-brimmed hat down, letting it flip off of her head, where it dissipates into motes of golden energy, and Goldenweb Yorotsuchi is using that golden webbing to slingshot herself off into the night.

Double Trouble has posed:
Dianora looks to Platinum Royale and nods. "I still don't know where my onee-chan even is. We weren't home when it happened, and she hasn't been answering any texts. I'm so worried," she says.

Only Amy saw the truly UwU eyes, so the heroes still on the ground with Dianora might not be prepared for what happens when she hears Sailor Moon's offer. Her eyes get so big they practically explode and she squeals with delight. "A sleepover?!"

But then she pouts. "All my stuffies got smoke damaged," she says, looking down and scuffing a foot on the grass. Then she looks back up at Sailor Moon. "But if you're there, I think I'll be okay."

Usagi Tsukino has posed:
She's so - emote-able! Cute! Sailor Moon didn't know people's faces could make that kind of expression!

"Well... I can loan you some things. I don't know if we're the same size, but I've got plenty of pajamas and we could see if my - I mean, another school uniform fits you... the school doesn't make you wear their uniform as long as you have a uniform..."

She's just brainstorming for this girl now, fully planning to just help out as much as she can. "I can't sleepover for more than a night, probably, but you can definitely keep the stuff I let you borrow, don't worry about it! Especially if you're missing your stuff, and your oneechan! What's her name? Maybe I can find her. Supercool heroes like me have all kinds of resources."

Tadase Hotori has posed:
"Probably the same as so many others." Royale offers. "They tend not to stick around once their big monster gets beaten. Whatever they were trying to do they either can't do it without the creature, or... they did it already while we were distracted." Royale notes.

"In any case our first priority should be getting the girl to safety. And, it sounds like, finding this girl's onee-chan." he says, walking over to her. "Who is your onee-chan? I can see if she's staying at any of the other temporary housing." he offers. "And in the mean time you can have somewhere nicer to stay than out here, for sure!" he says, waving his hand around to the park.

Double Trouble has posed:
Dianora Lagorio's eyes do not get any smaller, and her jaw drops a little. She brings her hands up to her heart and her shoulders raise up and then she lifts her jaw up. She looks to Platinum Royale and then back to Sailor Moon. "Oh, if you could help me find my onee-chan, that would be the best."

"Her name is Hinoiri Kirara. I'm Dianora Lagorio, and some day, I'm going to be a star!"
