Hungry for Action
Date of Scene: 27 January 2024
Location: Juuban Ward
Synopsis: Sunbreaker decides to take one of the DG girls out on a mentorship energy gather... running into Daifuku, Propel and Sukiyaki. Unfortunately for Daifuku... it turns out the girl is going through a few, ahem... boy troubles. Sunbreaker offers some totally helpful advice.
Cast of Characters: Ren Morimoto, Yuuto Shiraishi, Chiyo Sakai, Hinoiri Kirara

Ren Morimoto has posed:
The uneasy truce he's established with Umeboshi kind of makes Ren's skin crawl, even worse than when his spirit guardian was silent, judging from a distance. It already feels like he's constantly walking around egg shells now that he's back. Even his dad has noticed how twitchy he's been, and he never pays any attention.

But he's still trying, despite the discomfort. And that has to count for something, right? He's sitting on the edge of a rooftop, belonging to one of the highest buildings in Juuban Ward. An apartment building, though only a few storeys high, so the drop doesn't make him feel too queasy. It's a perfectly survivable height. He lets his feet dangle over the edge as his eyes scan the streets below, for... something. Trouble? Danger? Monsters?

Honestly he's really not sure why he's up here, but Ume had wanted him to go out, and thus here he is. His blade lays across his thighs, an unfamiliar weight after his time away. The wind catches at the loose edges of his kimono, and his nose and cheeks are starting to feel a little wind-chaffed, but it's not like there's anything else for him to be doing right now anyway, so he keeps up his vigilant watch.

Yuuto Shiraishi has posed:
Glancing down at his watch, Yuuto frowns to himself. He was already running behind. His last tutoring session for the day had run late and now he was jogging his way towards one of the shops in the area. "We're going to be late." he grumbles to himself, "And they're going to be closed." Because that just seemed to be the way his luck went sometimes.

'You could go faster if you changed!' a voice offers to him confidently. As Tinker pops up next to him, the little floating clockwork fairy pats a small wrench. 'And this is the perfect chance to test the tweaks I made!'

"I can't just change for everything." Yuuto offers with a roll of his eyes. "After all, I have to use my own legs sometimes..." And that is when he spies the Midori-Ya Cafe coming up. "Come on, come on." And as he gets to the door, he slides to a halt, blowing out a breath. "Made it!" And a pull on the door handle.

Locked.

It closed five minutes before he arrived. Yuuto lays his forehead against the cool glass and groans. "Looks like we're doing food carts tonight, Tinker."

Chiyo Sakai has posed:
Patrol. It had been awhile since Guardian Daifuku had actually been out on patrols. Not since the Youkai Parades had run through the streets. Not since the Shittenou and their leader had been freed from the clutches of Obsidian. Not since Ojiisan had been drained of energy for over a week by those horrible plants that Sunbreaker had tricked him into taking!

Maybe a rooftop run was just what she needed to get back into the swing of things.

Lightly leaping from one roof to another her path leads her along the familiar streets as stores begin to close up, people start heading home, and the night life of the city starts to unfold. Though in this area it was less night life and more the late night workers and shops.

The kimono and apron clad girl is about to head down another street when she catches sight of Sukiyaki on a rooftop drawing her attention. He didn't LOOK familiar to her. All the more reason to investigate! A leap brings her closer, the long Mochi Hammer slung over her shoulder all the while.

"You're a new face."

Hinoiri Kirara has posed:
Sunbreaker had work to do! And so, instead of doing said work, she was doing a bit of... mentoring. She, and another figure (a very red girl with moth wings) appeared over the city on a rooftop. "Okay, so this'll be an easy one. I send out a youma, a bunch of sparkle skirts spawn in like it's an arcade and a bunch of college boys dropped in with a row or two of quarters. I gather what energy I can before they blow it up, I rant about how I'll get them next time, we go."

Pause.

"And sometimes I mangle one of them. But that's more of a treat when one of them really deserves it. Alternativelty, I might sing."

"... Why can't we just murder them?" Chaar asked. "What's the point of fire if we don't use it?"

"Escalation," Sunbreaker said before walking to the edge of the roof and holding up a small, black gem. "It's not about 'stopping them' permanently. That just escalates and suddenly you show up and thirty five of these sparkle skirts show up to murder you. But hurt them enough? Sends a message. Teaches them fear. And fear is useful."

She then held up her right hand and... "Huh. Oh... right..." ... Her familiar still hadn't returned. Where was she? Ugh. No matter...

After a few minutes, the feeling of dark energy could be felt. And there was a... very... strange... scorpion. The size of about three buses. And made of the night sky.

A scorpio major.

Ren Morimoto has posed:
Meeting someone on a rooftop is not something Ren expected to happen to him. That's like, something that happens in movies! It's so unexpected that Ren jumps to his feet and nearly falls right over the edge, only saving himself with a fair bit of arm-cartwheeling.

Once he's stabilized, he bends half over, free hand resting on his knee as his other still clutches the massive Meat Cleaver that doubles as his sword. A few rapid inhale-exhales later, he's managed to catch his breath. And then he straightens up, looking at...

...a girl in a kimono and apron, like he is. Though he gets pants, at least, and that seems unfair, given the crisp, wintery evening air. "I, um, hello," he says, and in the back of his mind his spirit guardian, Umeboshi, is screeching at him. It's all kinds of unintelligible, and to be honest he's never heard Ume shriek like this. Though he does vaguely recall being yelled at to introduce himself with a name and pithy catch phrase, so he gears up to do just that.

But then something in his stomach clenches. It's strange how all of his bad feelings seem to center on his digestive system. This feeling, though, is familiar: something bad is happening, and he turns on his heel to look down at the streets below for some sort of-- "Is that a giant scorpion?!"

Yuuto Shiraishi has posed:
"So. What's on tap for the food carts?" Yuuto is starting to ask, just as he hears the first roar of screams of people that are near the arcade. The teen blinks owlishly as he turns his attention to the goings on, and as scorpio major rounds the corner, he backpedals as the street shudders beneath the weight of the beast and his lips pull into a thin line as he hears Tinker's voice in his head.

'This is what we've been practicing for! Time to shine!' the fairy offers encouragingly, trying to spur Yuuto into action. It takes a couple of moments, before there is a solid nod of his head and he ducks into an alley between the cafe and the other shops.

He turns his henshin device in his hand and brings his wrist up to his heart as the watch chimes out, clear as a bell. Closing his eyes, Yuuto calls out as he presses the button on the side of the watch.

"Steam Sentinel Propel!, Evil's Time IS UP!"

The transformation of Yuuto into the Steam Sentinel is quick. Gears and clockwork swirls around him, mainpulating his clothing and changing him. Steampunk style goggles appear upon his head. His coat folds in tight to his chest as armor forms on his shoulder in the form oa pauldron of brass. The watch transforms into a bracer. The ray gun that appears at his side flashes blue as he draws it and spins it on a finger. And to finish it off, as he rises off his feet, wheels appear beneath his feet as his boots armor up, cabling tieing to all together.

Transformation complete, Propel pulls down the googles over his eyes and races from around the corner. He speeds towards the scorpion just as it was coming up on it's next victim and the henshin snatches him up, moving around the corner to drop him off. "You're okay?" he asks.

Not that he's waiting for an answer as he's preparing to head right back out.

Chiyo Sakai has posed:
An Apron? A cleaver? How long had she and Bonito been looking for others? Was this... this pure chance meeting an actual thing? Or was it just another, similar...

Guardian Daifuku doesn't have much time to really process it as the screams start up. A look of sheer annoyance crosses her usually calm face. No! Now was THE WORST time--Then again it was always a terrible time for youma to show up. The heavy mallet she carries is swung around in the air a single time to land over her shoulder again as she lets out a huff. "Let's go! It's nearby."

Without waiting to see if this magical boy might follow she's already leaping off the roof heading in the direction of the arcade, the screams, and the giant ... icky... arachnid.

Okay. Not her best move here. "Hey b... bug... thing... OH gross why did it have to be ..." Uck uck UCK. Already her hammer is out though at the ready, and she barely becomes aware of the speedster zooming by to help. Someone had to be nearby doing this.

"Come out and fight, you coward!"

Hinoiri Kirara has posed:
Sunbreaker sighed and glanced down and... sure enough... As the scorpion started to gather energy, they showed up. Its stinger was shimmering with a dark crystaline appearance.

And only... one of them showed up? Her eye cocked when she saw it was Usagi. Sorry. Daifuku. Oh gosh of all the people she wanted to fight right now...

Still, she couldn't let the rookie see that. "So, it's just one for now, so we need to go and do some big impressive grand standing."

"If there's just one, why can't we just break her?" Chaar asked. "There's two of us."

"Because more will pop up the moment you try. Just trust me. Keep an eye on this," Sunbreaker said, rolling her eyes. She then leaped off the roof and floated down and... "Hello again, Daifuku. I'd say something about how you can't win, but we both already know that. There's just one of you, so I assume another three or four will pop up before long. However..."

She held out her hand and the scorpion let out a clicky clacky hiss. "It's just you, so I'll let my new pet try its hoof, sorry, claws on you."

The scorpion lunged forward, attempting to pinchy pinch with its claws on the hammering girl!

Ren Morimoto has posed:
Despite the way his heart is beating against his ribcage, Ren turns on his heel to follow after Daifuku. His feet returns to the edge of the rooftop and he pushes off with enough energy to propel the arc of his jump past the sidewalk and down onto the street, landing a few steps behind.

"Wait, who was that?" he asks of the fast-moving blur of speed that snatches a civilian and moves them out of harm's way. But that is not the primary concern; the giant scorpion bearing down on Daifuku is! So Ren leaps again, once again towards danger, his cleaver raised overhead to slice at the claw coming nearest to Daifuku.

Over his shoulder, a vaguely cat-shaped blob of spiritual energy emerges, though it's only in his subconscious. "It's another Guardian, Ren!" Ume cries out, as his ghostly claws dig into Ren's kimono to hold on as he reaches the top point of his jump. "You have to help her!"

Descending, Ren scoffs out a, "What does it look like I'm doing?!"

Yuuto Shiraishi has posed:
Propel was about to enter into the fray, after all, when Daifuku arrived and she was called out, it seemed like that whoever it was had a beef with the Guardian. But before he could charge back in, a second one shows up to assist Daifuku, and it /seems/ like they are working together?

Looks can be deceiving, so.

With the pair of them focused on the beast, Propel tells Tinker, "We're going to make sure noone else can be hurt by this thing, okay?"

Tinker huffs, 'You should totally blast it!'

"I might hit one of them!" Propel gestures to the two attackers. "Helping out those that can't fight back is what we do best!" And with that, he's whipping out again, picking up speed to start to look for any potential victims that may still be in the area and in danger.

Which means he can't go at full speed, making the steampunk henshin far more visible to others as he scouts out the situation.

Chiyo Sakai has posed:
"Haven't you done enough damage, Sunbreaker? Now you've got a lackey, too?" Daifuku gloewrs at Sunbreaker though not with the intensity of the last time they had met. At that point, Ojiiisan had been very ill and she was LIVID when she found out it was Sunbreaker's fault. Or the plants that Sunbreaker had given him. Either way... She'd really, really been burning up.

Now she'd had time to cool down. Enough that she didn't want to murder her at least. The hammer is gripped in her hand tightly as she swings it down to SMASH into the ground as the scorpion starts to come at her.

The ground between her and the scorpion cracks and splits sending hissing plumes of steam up toward the creature. As erratic as it may seem the cracks were just beneath the creature. The fact there were civilians around hadn't been forgotten.

When Sukiyaki comes in to slice she steps back repeatedly uncertain of how to fight alongside this one yet. Almost she's brought into the path of Propel but his slower steps make her at least aware of what he's doing.

"It's probably the crystal on it's tail that's powering it. It's always something like that! If we can destroy it we should be able to send this thing away." A pause, and she adds aloud for the others working around her to hear, "Unless anyone can purify or destroy really quick?"

Hinoiri Kirara has posed:
The scorpion let out an angry hiss, its claws click clacking angrily while Sunbreaker just smirked. "Nope! The stinger is just a stinger! It's a scorpio major... kind of. It's actually a re-imagining of the creature, as summoningone from Kirakirafantastica would... wait, no, you don't care," she said, rolling her eye.

"The stinger isn't the source of its power. However!" Said stinger then STRUCK OUT! At Propel! The newbie!

"Its venom IS quite deadly!"

... And this was a re-imagining and, actually, had no venom. But they wouldn't know that unless they got stung.

Its actual weakness, though she didn't say it... was its eyes, that glimmered like five little stars on its forehead.

Many civilians had already collapsed from nearby, those who hadn't run. The energy being drained was enough to knock many of them out. However, the fact they were unconscious made it VERY easy for the magical boys and girls to get them out of there.

From on top of the building, Chaar just looked down and watched. Not moving to aid her 'mentor'...

"So... I can't help but notice there are two new faces here. Did you two just drop?" She TOTALLY CALLED IT! They popped in! Like students at an arcade on payday!

Ren Morimoto has posed:
A gout of flame erupts from where Ren's Giant Cleaver impacts the asphalt rather than scorpion... hide? Uh, do scorpions have skin? He has no idea. Either way, he missed, and so Ren hefts the blade back onto his shoulder as he springs backwards, putting some space between himself and the giant creature.

He looks over at Daifuku, red eyebrows drawing together. "Do you know them?" he asks, having noted the namedrop of the suspected villain. "It's been a while since I've heard a villain monologue, I'm not really sure what to expect. Do you think she's lying about the stinger?" Lying about it being the source of power, he means, not the venom. By the way his breath catches in his throat as Propel is targetted, he definitely seems to take that threat seriously, real or not.

Circling around in an attempt to try and flank the scorpio major, Ren frowns at the beast. "Umm... technically? But I've never actually done it, and we'd have to get its mouth open somehow..." All the while, Ume is chattering in his ear about how, precisely, Kitchen God Cooking mode works. Though by the deepening furrow in Ren's brow, he has no idea what to make of it any of it.

Also, again, Ume is just a projection into his subconscious, so it looks like he's talking to no one in particular when he adds, "I don't know, it sounds complicated! Maybe we should have been practicing that instead of brooding on a rooftop!"

Yuuto Shiraishi has posed:
Just as Daifuku was about to come across his path, Propel manages to twist, the skates on his feet jerking around to move him out of the way. "Whoa! You alright?" he calls back to the teen girl as his attention remains upon the civilians on the ground until...

'ON YOUR LEFT!' Tinker yells, just as the alert shows up on his goggles, the scorpio major's tail lashing out towards the young henshin. There are many cusswords that cross through his mind, even as his body reacts, almost seemingly out of its own will as he leans back, nearly bending in half as the stinger of the scorpion passes just over him, Propel dodging the dangerous strike and showing off that agility of his.

"Can you two handle this? I mean, you look like you're together?" asks the Steam Sentinel as he grabs up another civilian to evacuate. "I'll work on the rest of the victims. And as for /you/!" He points up at Sunbreaker, "I've played Pitfall, you have no game!"

Chiyo Sakai has posed:
"Fine!" Daifuku assures when Propel asks her if she's all right. It's a breif, quick response as she tries to gather her thoughts. Sukiyaki's question as well as Propel's earns a little nod at the same time. Of course she knew Sunbreaker but... These guys were newbs. It had been a long time since she'd really been around those that were newer to their powers. Had it been that long?

"I know her, and.. I'm not sure. She does lie but she usually prefers to brag so she may not be," she calls out to Sukiyaki only to add a moment later for Propel, "We're not together! I mean kind of. Maybe. I don't... Who *are* you!?"

This really wasn't the time to ask honestly but there was so much going on. Daifuku didn't really have time to keep up monologuing herself with Sunbreaker's little pet stealing energy. Plus there was that presence over on the rooftop as well that makes her try to keep her gaze over toward the other.

"Enough of this," she utters with annoyance. Taking a breath, she dashes forward with the hammer brought back to the side. She's no where near as fast as Propel but she doesn't need to be: Her hammer comes down in a full swing at the scorpion trying to hit it dead center between those claws right on it's head with as much strength as she can muster.

Hinoiri Kirara has posed:
The scorpion tried to turn to watch Sukiyaki, moving to face him. However, its tail was dodged and... well. Frankly? It was an impressive display by the new guy. Even Sunbreaker was... a smidge impressed by that dodge.

She was less impressed by the trash talk.

"... What? What's pitfall? I... is... is that a game? Like... uhhhhh... I don't... play a lot of games so you'll need to... be... a bit more... specific? Is this... like... a game where you pretend to fall in a hole?"

"..."

"I don't get it." Humans were weird.

She then glanced to Daifuku and-- WAIT! "You two are together?!" But Usagi had a boyfriend! She... she couldn't be two timing, could she?! "N-not that I care or anything. But..." Then glanced to Sukiyaki. "Ohhhh. OHHHH!" So he was Mamoru! It all made sense now. "Nevermind."

The scorpion, meanwhile, was looking between Daifuku and Sukiyaki, trying to keep both in its sight, only to turn to Daifuku at the worst time...

And get hammered. It hit the ground with enough force that the ground was actually cracked from the blow, the sound of crystal clinking on the ground echoing through the air...

"... Ow... that... looked painful." She'd feel bad if her summon was the real thing.

Yuuto Shiraishi has posed:
'Who are you?'

Tinker gasps. 'You've got this!' the little clockwork fairy encourages, 'C'mon, tell them who you are!'

"Who am I?" Propel asks, as he picks up another civilian to prepare for evacuation as Daifuku comes in and /slams/ down the mallet onto the large scorpion. And in that whole caphony of noise and in the heat of the attack, and the FIRE OF DAIFUKU'S BURNING PASSION...

Everything he had just monolgued about his identity is lost except for, "...I am the Steam Sentinel Propel!" He looks completely pleased with himself and offers a bright smile because it was totally going to impress Daifuku right?

Tinker /sighs/. 'Focus on the civilian saving, we'll discuss your heroic banter later.'

Dejected, Propel ohs and clears his throat. "Back to it, good luck you two! You got this, let your passions show!" Cheerlead, cheerlead.

Ren Morimoto has posed:
Together? Or together? Ren sweats at the implication, but there's a little matter of trying to survive that gets in the way of any real embarrassment he might have over the topic. He slides further to the side as the scorpion circles, and then that big Mochi Hammer comes down right on its noggin.

Though he's not entirely sure scorpions have skulls, so... anyway!

Sensing a weakness -- which is not at all prompted by Umeboshi chanting "Team up! Team up! Team up!" in his metaphorical ear -- Ren dashes forward and under a swiping claw with the ease of long practice stealing bases, and then he overcorrects, ending up on the scorpion's opposite side. "Uh, well, I'm--," and then his introduction dies in his throat as Propel cheers them on from the sidelines.

Wait, he's got this? Ren very much does not feel like he's got this. Still, with Ume now trying to shake him with his little ghostly paws (it's not effective, as one might imagine) Ren adjusts the grip on his Giant Cleaver and leaps forward into the air again, this time aiming it down in a stabbing motion rather than a slash to try and pierce that weak spot that Daifuku's Mochi Hammer had revealed via its last impact!

Chiyo Sakai has posed:
"WE AREN'T TOGETHER!"

How many times does she have to say that? Guardian Daifuku hauls her hammer back the flickering flames that had started to trickle up the length of it starting to die back to a bit. The slide from Sukiyaki going beneath the scorpion seems like a great idea. With that knife he could--

Not do what she thought by gutting it. Probably a good idea in retrospect since that meant potential youma guts coming down at him. Yuck.

"I don't know what you're thinking! I do not have a boyfriend, I am not together with anyone," the hammer swings again aimed this time for one of the claws of the scorpion before it could retaliate! Hopefully! And with it her protoest of anger and frustration boils over into the territory of too much information.

"And the guy I like is dating another guy in the first place apparently!"

Hinoiri Kirara has posed:
Sunbreaker just blinked and stared at Propel. "Propel... you're... a propellant and... I just..." She trailed off, before face palming.

And then, almost immediately... The two were arguing. And... not... dating?

And then Daifuku dropped that bombshell. And she just...

"Oh... Oh Daifuku..." she said. And she sounded... "Okay! Chaar, we're done here," she yelled up at her.

"W-what?" the other girl called down.

"Git! Shoo! Mentoring for the day is over!"

"... O... kay?" And then she was gone.

The scorpion, meanwhile, was hissing, gurgling and looked beaten to crud. And then Sunbreaker... Snapped her fingers. It dissipated into stars. Not because she was powerful, but because, well, she'd made it.

And then she just... walked over to Daifuku and... "Listen. Girl? You... really shouldn't be telling me things like that. If I was a monster who was interested in actually destroying you, rather than like... Kicking your ass? You'd be in so much deep trouble right now."

"Fortunately, I'm not. So... listen. If he's gay... honey. You can't 'change' that. I'm a pony and even *I* know that. You can't make him straight. If you try waiting around for him to notice you? It won't happen. But you know what? You're a strong, independent girl with an awesome hammer. There are plenty of guys, and girls, who'd be happy to have you. So don't sell yourself short just because your crush went bad, okay? When I kick your ass, I want it to be when yoiu're at your best. Not when you're already sad about getting rejected by some guy because, well... you're not one."

"You can't 'fix' him, because he's not broken."

Yuuto Shiraishi has posed:
Propel was a perfectly reasonable name! Tinker and Yuuto had workshopped it. Sure, the sample size was just the two of them, but that is what it is. But while that is going on, his ray gun at his side chimes at him, informing him that it's at a full charge.

"Alright, it's time to put a cap on this!" he declares, pulling his weapon out and preparing to fire a blast that would have totally destroyed that scorpion -- if Sunbreaker had not made it disappear.

And then there is talk of being true to yourself, ponies, the whole dating scene, and wait -- nevermind, Propel feels like he has stumbled onto a whole situation where there's confusing feelings, and thoughts and ... SHE'S A PONY?

But it seems to be over? Maybe?

Holstering his weapon, he shakes his head.

"Girls."

And with that, he's picking up the last of the downed civilians. "Next time you want a heart to heart... can you not try to level a city block?"

Ren Morimoto has posed:
The big wind up, the pitch... and it all ends with Ren's Great Cleaver embedded in the middle of the street. He lands in the standard three-point pose, lines of fire gurgling up from beneath the asphalt as the cracks from the impact embedded into it erupt, and then...

Well, the villain monologue isn't the villain monologue he was expecting. It's more like a villain... pep talk? And it takes him a second to figure out exactly what Sunbreaker is talking about. Ren must have missed Daifuku's angry cries about dating.

Or maybe he was just pretending not to hear it, with the giant scorpion as an excuse. But now there's no ignoring it, and Ren's stomach fills with ice.

He nearly stumbles over his feet before he turns, and then does actually fall down with a clatter of his Giant Cleaver, but then he's got his hand around the grip and he's back on his feet, taking off at a run in the opposite direction.

Umeboshi is screaming in his ear but Ren can't hear him over the panicked shame starting to rise, and his own fevered internal chanting about how he's just a coward.

Chiyo Sakai has posed:
Oh god. What did she just say? Oh GOD.

Guardian Daifuku stands there just staring at the scorpion that disolves into stars. This wasn't the usual way things were ended when she fought them, and she'd fought Sunbreaker enough times at this point to kind of recognize how things went with her. Which meant... It was sent away by her.

By Sunbreaker who, now that she's uttered those words she can't take back, she recalls Usagi texting her about recently to inform her that Sunbreaker had the mistaken notion that she was her and vice versus.

Oh. God.

The talk comes from Sunbreaker which would be very touching if Daifuku wasn't currently panicking to the point that she's not breathing. Some of the words sink in... and kind of hit home. Don't sit around waiting. Was he gay? She didn't really know if he was, though he certainly was at least dating ... Not the person who Sunbreaker was thinking at all.

A quick breath is finally sucked in once she feels her lungs start to burn, and her gaze flits to Propel and Sukiyaki in turn before returning to Sunbreaker.

"... Right. I'm not... At my best right... Right." Ugh. UGH. And now she kind of sort of maybe just a little bit felt guilty for putting Sunbreaker through the wall the other week. For a split second at least.

And Sukiyaki is bolting. She catches the movement out of her eye and turns with her jaw dropping over in his direction. "No no wait--! I only just..." He was gone. Gone, and she just droops a bit.

"... I've been trying to find the other Culinary Guardians for months and ... Fuck."

Her hand rakes over her face a time or two, then reaches out to clap over Sunbreaker's shoulder because she wasn't sure what else to do at this point. "Thank you. Um. I think. I'm going to go now. We should go now." DEFINITELY.

Hinoiri Kirara has posed:
Sunbreaker blinked and then... "ExCUSE you?" she asked, glancing to Propel. A bolt of fire flew past his face a moment later, leaving a massive scorch mark on the wall. "Listen here, off-brand Aquaphina." Yes, she knew about propel. She didn't get bottled water, so her namesakes were a bit off. "Just because *you'd* prefer all your opponents to be off their game and to have victories *handed* to you, doesn't mean the rest of us don't put *effort* into what we do. And I am the *best* at what I do. And what I do is *break* sparkle skirts like you when I feel like it. But having a bit of *care* about someone who's obviously going through a tough time isn't a *girl* thing. It's a... well. I'd say human thing, but that gives you monkeys a bit too much credit."

And then.... Sukiyaki was running. She blinked and... "... Oh. Huh. I don't suppose he's the like... gay guy you liked? I guess he wasn't Mamoru then..." she muttered before looking back to Daifuku before sighing.

"Well, I got some energy... you're... obviously going through some stuff. You can go... chase him. And tell you what, next time he pops by to stop me from doing stuff, I'll like... tell him to meet a uhhhh... friend of yours. One with very similiar... hair... and twin tails. Yup. Your... friend. You know the one. For now... well. I've got to go plot to destroy the world or something. Seriously. Find yourself a boy who's like. Into girls. Or a girl who's into girls. But don't try to fix what's not broken. It doesn't work, all you'll do is break your heart. And you deserve better. Yeet!"

And in a burst of fire... she was gone.

WELP! OKAY THEN!
