Takashi Agera     The thing about having a double identity is keeping things separate while not also having people turn around trying to figure out where you've been when you're doing one thing or another. Triple identities are an order of magnitude worse. And it might have been all worth it - had the third identity accomplished what he wanted it to accomplish.

But it really hadn't - in some ways he couldn't help but feel like Hiddenite was a bust. He was getting more suspicion from the uniform and the name than he would have been showing up as some sort of unknown, and because of that... well, the henshin had to be on its way out. Not all experiments were successful, and this one was something he'd have to file in the bin after learning about. Even failed experiments could teach though. Could bring you closer to the right goal. Having another henshin ''had'' been useful, it had prevented Obsidian from labeling him as an enemy, it had kept everyone's eyes off him, and while they were suspicious about Hiddenite, the didn't link it to Riventon... except for one girl, really.

And that one girl had so far been the best part about the whole Hiddenite process (besides being able to step in occasionally and protect people who needed it, because they just couldn't stay safe on the sidelines) - so any attempt to disentangle himself from Hiddenite, any process to end the experiment, it had to consider her. He wanted to leave Hiddenite behind but not Sharpsong, and there was no way he could see clear to doing it without taking a risk.

But taking risks is a thing Takashi had been doing for years; working with risky folks and doing risky things and possibly pissing off people on both sides. A recent fight with the Dark Witch had been a risk that showed him how much he'd grown, too. But it was telling how much he liked Sharpsong over their briefer-than-he'd-like current interactions that he'd take such a risk for her rather than for himself. Beyond her he stood little to gain from this and much to risk - but he'd decided to do it. If he could fight off the Dark Witch, he could possibly survive things that even Hinoiri had survived; if it came down to it.

Still he was pensive, a little bit visibly stressed as he leaned against a tree; too tense to sit. There was a picnic blanket nearby with food - storebought mostly, but it was food, sealed ion containers. He was in his Hiddenite henshin, at least for now, occasionally looking at his phone... occasionally querying his Device for readings in the area. As Hiddenite he never knew who might come up, but this was the only way Sharpsong knew him, so...
Sayaka Miki While Sayaka had her inkling Hiddenite was from Obsidian (actually, ''had been'', because the trail she is on had led her to think her date had quit Obsidian and was laying low) thanks to the parallels with Equivalence and what he knew about the Central Reactor, the Fade, the Jar, she wasn't really about to guess who exactly he was at Obsidian. A big part of it was due to the Veil, but also the story he had given her about those he cares about being in danger if his identity came out made all the more sense if he had defected from Obsidian. After all, they had tried to kill Hinoiri for it.

And the thought he was from Obsidian didn't really bother her. She had learnt to go a little deeper than just directly associating Obsidian with being irredemable, even for those who are still working there, and besides, Hiddenite had been nothing but helpful so far. Not to mention she would be lying if she said she didn't find him agreeable both on the eyes and as a person. They had actually been clicking well so far, as scarce as their dates had been.

At the buzzing of her phone, a smile had shown up on her phone at seeing who the message was from, and it was with a bit of trepidation that she jotted down the date after replying affirmatively. A date at Penguin Park... She had never had a picnic date, but the weather was excellent for it, so it really sounded like a good time. And one quite different from the previous one as well. Seems like Hiddenite really was putting in the effort to make every single one distinct, despite the clear constraints that came from having to be in henshin.

"Hey, Hiddenite!", the bluenette smiles, walking towards him with a spring in her step. "A picnic date, huh? Didn't know you could cook too. What other talents are you hiding?", she teases him cheerfully. She had considered bringing up letting her contribute too, but Ula had been categorically against it. Something about it being a bad choice since the picnic was his idea. Sayaka didn't really see the harm in asking, but...
Takashi Agera     Partly he was trying to make things special, and partly, he figured that ironically, the park would be a 'safer' place to have this discussion than a restraunt. More open space, less people, less chaotic. Easier for Axion to try and keep an eye on unwanted listeners, and less people who might be magical themselves being around to overhear.

"I only cooked a little bit of it." he says, a bit sheepish perhaps. "Most of what I cook, I throw together in a slow cooker, but that usually makes like... soup, which isn't ideal for a picnic." he admits. "But I wanted to show you a little bit more about myself, and I think food is one of the ways that people connect. So... I've made Toast Skagen. Which is basically butter sauted bread with shrimp and roe on top. It's delicious, but if it's not your thing, I brought some sushi too... and beyond that there's a little bit of sides that I didn't make..." he gestures to the rather-large-for-two-people picnic basket. "I'll put it all together here in a moment, and we can eat." he says with a smile.

He moves from his place by the tree and moves to sit on the blanket, where he starts to put the Toast Skagen together; it's exactly as he said, a shrimp-based spread he then tops with bright orange roe. Simple, but pretty in a way, and probably not terribly strange to anyone who's grown up in Japan where roe is used to top sushi as well.

"So... about my 'hidden' talents." he says, smirking a bit at a play on words as he puts it on a plate and passes it to her. "...how good are you at keeping secrets? Because... I think me having to be in henshin..." he says, pulling at the Shitennou uniform he's wearing "... might be a bit limiting. And... well... I have some things I want to talk to you about. About who I am, about who Hiddenite is... and about why."
Sayaka Miki Japan may be not be unfamiliar with the concept behind Toast Skagen, but this is the first time Sayaka hears of the swedish dish, and when Hiddenite pronounces the day, she immediately mimics him, trying to nail the pronunciation, to mixed success. But Skay-gen probably isn't too far off from the way Hiddenite has been pronouncing it as.

Just after she is done bouncing the word around on her tongue, she peers at the basket Hiddenite had brought with himself with a knowing nod. She is in fact at least familiar with the concept. "Well, you certainly went through a lot", Sayaka grins while going back to look at Hiddenite. "I think the food you brought with you will definitely do for the occasion." Even if only part of it had been done by him, with how all of it is really good-looking, Sayaka can hardly complain at how her date is treating her.

Well, as for how it tastes, there is really only one way to find that out, right? She does take the initiative this time and helps him out with the spread of shrimp and orange roe. "I can't wait to taste it", she smirks, knife in hand, swiping and swiping until they are all ready. "Can we get started? It would be a waste to let it rest there any longer", she tells him. She is certainly expressing appreciation with all that enthusiasm.

The bluenette hums when Hiddenite talks about not sharing secrets. "I would say I am pretty good with that, but I can't really hide things from my best friends. I am pretty sure that's not what you were expecting to hear, but we are really tight-knit, and it wouldn't feel right if I hid things from her", she looks at him seriously. This must have clearly been on his mind while preparing for the date, she realises as she looks down at the basket. Would he perceive it as an interruption to the date if she said nothing else? "If you are not ok with that, we can not speak of it again, and go back to enjoy our date."
Takashi Agera     Hiddenite pauses. "Yeah, that's not exactly the ideal answer. But it's an honest one." he says, slowly. "Which is better than you not being realistic about it. I'll have to think. I may not be able to say everything." he says, slowly.

He smiles. "We can still enjoy our date, while I think about it." he continues. And then pauses to take a bite of the food and to indicate she should follow suit.

After a little bit, he considers what he can say for now. "Well, one thing I want to do, speaking of honesty, is be a little more honest with you than I have been." he says, once he's finished another bite. "And you were already right about several things, so pretending you weren't on-target seems silly." he says with a shrug.

"But my identity is complex and... difficult... and I was being truthful when I said that revealing everything could put people I care about at risk." he says. The person he cares about the most, in fact - Takashi.

"But there are some things you should know before you choose to continue a relationship with me, so... yeah, I do work with Obsidian. For Obsidian. I don't agree with them, though. In some ways, part of why I am there is to have eyes on the inside, to keep them from... succeeding at some of their most stupid ideas." he says. He'll start with that.
Sayaka Miki Sayaka doesn't waste much time in going along with Hiddenite's suggestion, going right to the Toast Skagen he had made himself rather than the sushi. But while her mouth is tasting the delicious Sweden dish, her mind is focused on the thinking he is doing. That is certainly quite a change of mind, now that he wants to be honest with her. Is this due to how on the mark she has been, or has he simply been growing closer to her, to the point keeping secrets has become uncomfortable to him?

Maybe a mix of both?

"I want to say", Sayaka speaks up while the silver-haired boy is still pondering, "I understand how Obsidian does things, and what they do to people that quit on them. I have taken a hand in stopping one of those attempts too. I don't suppose it's too unexpected to say I am not a fan of their 'work-for-life' attitude", Sharpsong smirks, with a small hint of dry humour.

"I am not sure if there are some people who quit for other reasons, but one of the people I am talking about is a friend, and we really care about our friends being in one piece", she takes a deep breath then, giving a small nervous twitch of her lips. "I don't know if I can give it a name yet, but I like you, and I wouldn't want anything like that to happen to you either, just like the friend I mean", she nods.

The bluenette gives a sly smile when he brings up work for Obsidian like it should be an obstacle to their relationship. It brings her theory to a bit of a detour, but not that much. They are still working to keep him on a leash, and they are having a bit of a struggle, she mentally marks it down. "You are actually the second person working for Obsidian I have dated, and I don't mind continuing to date you."
Takashi Agera     Hiddenite chuckles. "Yeah, it's kind of a bit on the nose, right? If you were so sure of yourself and everything, you wouldn't need to hunt down people who leave; they'd come back on their own, if you were right." He notes astutely.

"I mean, a lot of people don't quit, it's just when somebody does it's very high profile. They'd probably be better off not making a big deal and drawing attention to it, but. We're talking about the group that build a giant shadowy tower that stands above everything else in Mitakihara. Subtlety is not their style." he adds with a laugh.

He then hears her mention a second, filing that curiosity away in his mind for a little bit (and it will surely come back, post-veil, to slap him in the face). "Well, I'd say you must just have a type for bad guys, but I don't believe - and I hope - I haven't been anything but a gentleman in my interactions with you." he adds.

"Obsidian isn't entirely bad, even if the things they do are in the service of... often very poor decision making by some." Well, that's ceretainly A Take. "They do some good, too. A lot of people who don't have anything get picked up, and taken care of - especially if they get dumped here by some magical happenstance and are lost and alone. They do some good. Even though I admit it's likely just self-serving, that does mean the people inside might have reasons they're inside." he continues.

"The thing is... I'm not trying to leave Obsidian, I think that was the impression you've gotten. I can do a lot of good there. I'm not trapped, really." he says. "But there are people I have deep connections to that are on the outside of Obsidian, and for obvious reasons I can't really protect them without magic, and without keeping my identity safe. So when I came across something I thought I could use... well..." he gestures down at his whole uniform thing. "That's how we got here."
Sayaka Miki It's indeed as Hiddenite says, there wouldn't be much of a need of that. But it's also not something Sayaka concerns herself with. Much more important is knowing that her friends are safe, rather than what Obsidian believes or not. It would at least be much simpler for them all if they thought that way. "I'd rather my friends stay alive. But as long as they know things about how Obsidian works", she nods towards Hiddenite, "they are not going to let them be."

She does giggle alongside the subtlety comment. "No, no, it's not like them. They don't really hide it either when they go on their draining missions. They are awfully fond of giant youmas. Obsidian should just cut the middleman and make a billboard somewhere with the date and time of their next attack", she shakes her head with the last traces of that mirth.

"I guess I just attrack that vibe", Sayaka concedes. "It wasn't a thing I intended, but there I was. We are still on good terms, even if we have stopped dating. We never really had much fractures. For the most part it wasn't from anything she did", she shrugs, then goes right to the next subject.

Sayaka bites her lips at Hiddenite's opinion. That's not really something she agrees with. She is inclined to agree that the people inside might have reasons why they are that way, but when it comes to the corporation itself... "I think Obsidian is exploiting those reasons, and if there were an alternative to Obsidian, a good part of their current employees wouldn't be there." Some others definitely would be though.

"I don't really mind that you are staying in Obsidian, if you are really trying not to hurt people. But I can't say I like you approaching Tuxedo's group on false pretenses. I would be very angry if you did that to me. Angry and hurt, since I like you." She thinks back to Blue noting the impeccable timing of that rescue. Hopefully she is wrong.
Takashi Agera     Hiddenite muses. "Probably - they probably are exploiting us, and if there was a place that granted everything Obsidian did without being them, perhaps people would choose it. Of course that only makes sense really, the same benefits with less strings, of course we would." he adds, tapping the side of his head. "At least, the ones of us who are in it for something beyond the Corporation's whole... ''grand design'' thing. Though most of the people there have designs of thier own." Including the one talking.

"I admit, it was a poor choice of action." Hiddenite says, because he'd long already come to that decision himself. "I was looking for..." and here he'd debated what to say. There was some truth in the statement too, but he wasn't above considering which truths to tell and which ones to skip when it came to trying to manage people's opinions of him. "I wanted to be a part of a group, of that group, since someone in it is very dear to me; the reason I even took the henshin up was to try to protect him from the trouble he was getting into. Truthfully, I should have known given the others weren't succeeding at it. But I was hoping to ascertain a shortcut to... well, not being turned on the moment I showed up as a stranger." Ah, someone DOES work for Obsidian. "It kind of worked at first, but now? I'm treated more suspiciously than a nobody would have been." he admits.

"There was... also the awkward fact that... a Device builds a henshin based around what you imagine, and since they were the ones I'd had the most interaction with in terms of male heroes... I also really didn't want to look like a fanboy. If you've met them, you know I'd never hear the end of that." he tries. But he shakes his head after a moment. "Still, it was stupid, and I regret it."
Sayaka Miki Sayaka listens pensively to everything Hiddenite replies. She can't say she is very accepting of his logic regarding the ites, even if she only had little contact with Tuxedo and nothing at all with the Shitennou. The bluenette struggles to imagine any occasion where not wanting to be teased made telling a major lie ok.

"If someone I cared about showed up in a henshin like me, I probably would tease them a bit at first, but I would feel happy they think of me in such high regard. But I don't really know them, so maybe ''they'' would cross a limit." But from what she knows of Mamoru, she thinks he would put a rest to it if it got too far.

"I think that if you really care about that someone, if they really matter to you, you should trust them with all you have. Why do you care about them if you can't trust them?", she asks with an eyebrow raised.

But the rest is left up to her now, and less to what Hiddenite says to justify himself. Does she really want to continue a relationship with him, despite the justifications he brings out regarding his behaviour? Does she want to date someone who would likely keep her in the dark regarding decisions he makes "for her sake"?

"I don't mind if you hide who you are in Obsidian, to be honest. I can just keep stopping you, and maybe one day you have a change of heart, or you find a way to be free of them. But, if we keep dating, there is one thing I want you to promise me: that you never lie to me in order to protect me. That's what dating me means."
Takashi Agera     Hiddenite listens to it all intently. "I don't know, I've been thinking about telling Mamoru at some point at least, he deserves to know. As it is, the Hiddenite henshin is fading away anyways... it's not... compatible with me, it's getting weaker." This is both true and similar to the story he's told Mamoru via, well, himself. "I've got to come up with something different, anyways." he says.

"I... have really been considering revealing myself to you, today, I wanted to. I think that trust is important. But for me, trust is hard to give away. I mean, look where I work!" he chuckles. "I've been betrayed more times than I can count." Especially considering Riventon considers more acts 'betrayals' of him than he might in the opposite direction. "I've been fighting for my life." he says. This, too, is also true - in the fight recently with the Dark Witch, he very nearly didn't walk away. "That idea of giving trust, it's terrifying, when I've seen what people do with trust misplaced." he admits.

"I don't think you're one of those people yourself, because you were up front about not keeping the secret entirely; you were honest about that."

"But now that's another extension, right? I trust you, but do I trust your friend? Do I trust whoever she can't keep the secret hidden from?" he asks. "It's been weighing on me ever since you gave your answer."

"Part of me says I should cut my losses and walk away from you but... I don't want to." he admits. "I really, really do not want to do that. To walk away from you. To lose this little relationship that we had. To not share music, or food, or who we are."

"...I can promise you I will never lie to you in order to protect you, though." he says, and that's with a heavy heart. Not because he is afraid of not lying to her, but because he's afraid he therefore might be in a position where he couldn't protect her. There were ways to hide the truth beyond lying, after all. There were also other good reasons to lie. Like to protect himself. That wasn't something she was asking him to avoid, either...

"I ''want'' to trust you." he adds. "The way I feel when I look into your eyes, the way I felt when I first carried you away - looking at you in my arms - it was as magic as like, actually flying!" he says, a bit impassioned but serious. "I don't want my fears to cause me to give that up. But... I am afraid. And it makes it so difficult."
Sayaka Miki Sayaka listens with an almost imperceptible frown at where his thoughts go on trust. She can really see to what extent the problem manifests now. But she can still work with that. Not even Hinoiri came around in a single day after quitting Obsidian, and look where she is now. Right now, Sayaka only needs to focus on finding a way to help him get away from that toxic environment, and the rest will hopefully follow, if slowly. She at least knows what to do with the PreCard wish. To remove whatever is causing him to be dependent on Obsidian, so he doesn't have to worry about it anymore.

Is it a pattern that she ends up resolving to use her wish on a guy she likes?

Though, just because she needs the power of the PreCards doesn't mean she can't do some advance work now. "I see where you work. I am starting to think that becoming Hiddenite is the best thing you could have done, even with the road you needed to get there. For your own sake", Sharpsong muses. "It will do a lot of good to get away from that tower, and spend time around people that ''don't'' have a chronic backstabbing disorder. We don't have a need to doubt each other at Radiant Heart, because none of us is trying to get the upper hand on others. Once you have found a less troublesome henshin, be prepared, you are going to experience the sparkle life", the bluenette gives him a very wide grin. A threat? A promise? A little bit of both. Definitely a way to help.

"I don't think you will regret making that promise", Sayaka switches to a calmer expression. "I want to keep dating you, and having fun together, and maybe little by little, your fear will disappear. We really can rely on one another here, Hiddenite. Still, thank you for taking that step, it's important to me, and I appreciate that you did it", her arm moves slightly, then it stops right there, thoughts holding her back as she looks at his hand, then she nods to herself, and reaches out towards him, taking his hand to hold unless he takes it away.
Takashi Agera     Little does Takashi know that's the idea that goes across Sharpsong's mind, otherwise, he might well run away - or, depending on how the wish is treated, encourage her harder.

"I mean, I don't ''live'' in the tower." He notes, sheepishly. "I live on campus. I interact with others. I have friends. I'm not a shut-in." he says, perhaps a little too emphatically. Then his cheeks redden. "Sorry, I just... I didn't want you to see me as like, a drone." He's so much more IMPORTANT than that!

And something about 'the sparkle life' makes him visibly wince. "I mean, I don't know if that's such a great idea..." he says, as though having second thoughts, rubbing the back of his neck. "I do want to try to help people, though. That's what this whole thing is about." Like so many things, this is true by degrees.

But on the other hand, on the hands specifically, when she reaches out for his, and he sees her hesitate but keep moving, he takes decisive action and grips hers. "It means a lot that you are still here, I was kinda prepared for this to be a last-us-meal kinda thing." he says. "I... don't know if I'm as ready now to reveal everything as I was, but... I'm going to get another henshin, and I'll let you know it's me, maybe." he says, softly. "Maybe something that can be out in public a little easier, though." he offers.

"I'm sorry. I want to trust you I've just... I have a lot of people to protect. This isn't about you, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't recognize me out of henshin. I'm rather unremarkable - oh, I guess I'm doing a poor job of selling myself, now." he says with a chuckle. "But the people who would recognize me if word got out, that's where the trouble is."

"I'm not the only student at the Academy that works for Obsidian. I wouldn't entirely be surprised if some of the teachers don't have ties back to it as well. And they certainly have eyes on the Academy."
Sayaka Miki "I... Yes, that's actually fair", Sharpsong acknowledges, taking a few seconds to eat a bit more and then follow it up with a sip, to earn herself the time to get what she actually means across.

"What I mean is, we have our cliques even when we actually interact with each other, and I think you would be better off if you actually fought as one of us, get a different perspective", she nods sagely, placing her glass to the side.

She clears her throat and grips in turn Hiddenite's hand a little tighter when he takes the decisive step for her. "I am looking forward to it. To your new henshin and being in public more openly. I am sure my best friend would be interested in meeting you." A light red veil briefly passes over her cheeks.

Hiddenite's last statement gets him an owlish stare. "The teachers too? I mean, the students aren't a surprise, I know one still active, but the teachers?" she repeats. Considering their age, she isn't very happy that people who have been around dark energy for several years are around the students.
Takashi Agera     Hiddenite pauses for a moment, gripping her hand in his - not tightly, but a little firmly, as if he's worried she might let go. One thing at a time, though.

"I mean, even if some of the teachers are, there's not much they can do on campus. There's a ward set up that prevents Dark Energy from hooking in too much there, has been like that for a while." he notes. "I'm not a hundred percent sure though, I just remember hearing as murmur or two from another Department. I wouldn't go suspecting all of your instructors though. Most of them, if not all, are probably just regular people."

"So I'm going to try something here. I... am going to put myself out on a little bit of a limb. But remember what I said, some people would be in danger if my identity gets spread around too much." People like himself. And also perhaps, Mamoru in danger from Usagi, if all of the dots were put together.

He's got the memory jar annd a couple Secret Labs now, he supposes, if things get really out of hand. So with a deep breath, he closes his eye and banishes his henshin, the barrier-jacket that's the shitennou-alike, leaving him basically the same person, in some ways, but without the henshin magic layered over the top of it - in a school uniform for Radiant Heart instead of a labcoat with body armor. Same hair, glasses, face... the Veil is a jerk. If she'd ever seen Takashi she could easily put them together as the same person now that she'd seen him dehenshin.

"My name is Takashi Agera, and I'm a student at Radiant Heart. Also an intern with magical insight, at the big spooky tower downtown."
Sayaka Miki Sayaka nods at that. She has been made aware of the Crystal Heart that has been installed in the school, even if by word of mouth. "I am not going to look for them. The Crystal Heart is good protection, was just shocked since we went so long without it. I guess that any teacher we do have from Obsidian are the type not to get the attention on themselves."

Even if she has heard of one of their teachers having worked with Gaito before he was stopped and he disappeared. "What about Taro-sensei who worked with Gaito? He was from Obsidian, right?" It ''did'' make things a little awkward, since she does not have the closeness she has with Hinoiri to know his opinions on the matter.

But then her date does something that in some way she figured it ''could'' have happened, although it was hard to say whether they would have actually gotten there. Well, here they are.

The reveal admittedly was... anticlimatic. She was expecting to be shocked, and to jump slightly in recognition, but she didn't feel any of that. The face was familiar to her yes, but in a way that didn't really stand out to her. Was it the Veil still, hiding his Obsidian self? No, she is pretty sure she has seen ''him'' somewhere before, but where?

And there now is the matter what to address him with. The henshin made that simple, just use his name, as presented, and you are good to go. But they are supposed to be ''somewhat'' close, but should she use his name, or his surname? -kun or -san?

"Well, nice to meet you, Agera-kun... ah. You were at the pajama party. Long time no see", she corrects herself with a bashful smile when it finally comes back to her. Couldn't it have come back to her seconds earlier?

Still, even if he hasn't revealed his main henshin, he has still revealed himself to her, so she isn't really ok with not doing the same.

"I won't spread it around, and I want you to know who I am too", she adds, and in a blue blur, her henshin fades. "Sayaka Miki, also a student at Radiant Heart, and one of Blue's Pretty Cures." A thought hits her them, and briefly has a look around, wondering if they were being watched.
Takashi Agera     "Pajama...party?" Fomerly-Hiddenite now Takashi asks, tapping the side of his head with his free hand like he can call it to mind. "Oh right! Yeah... that was a while ago." he says.

"Well, I'm not super familiar with any of Gaito's department, save that it's not really around anymore. I haven't heard anything like, I dunno, a Taro-Sensei looking for other positions at Obsidian or anything." he continues. "But I'm usually more concerned with stopping things from going horribly wrong than individual movements." he notes.

"...You're absolutely stunning in or out of henshin. Part of me wondered if it was the outfit, but nope. You're fasntastic." he says with a grin as she reveals who she is. "And... yeah, I think I've seen you around at the Academy from time to time, too." he notes. "Always cauight my eye, a bit, with that hair, but would have been hard to approach and lead with just that. So maybe the Hiddenite thing was great if for no other reason than it brought me here, with you. Sayaka...chan?" he tries.
Sayaka Miki If there is a mirror in the general area, it is not one Sayaka can notice. Even if there were, she would probably assume that Blue would avoid spying on their date. He is probably getting some summary of today anyhow.

"I didn't really remember", Sayaka nods at Takashi's shared forgetfulness. But it was so long ago... They can be cut some slack.

She hums and nods at the Gaito comment. Guess Taro-sensei might not be from Obsidian, after all. Or if he was, he is not part of the organisation's front and center. "He probably doesn't have a lot to do then."

"Thank you. Well, you are really good-looking too", Sayaka replies with an embarassed smile. "You look like you would have a good group interested in dating you, with your long hair and face. Even your glasses add to, well, your charm", she briefly stalls. "I hope your locker doesn't give you problems."

She stops and stares at him like she has been frozen in time when she realised just how close he has acted. She doesn't really mind, though, even if it's the first time a boy called her that. "I think Hiddenite might be your lucky stone, after all, Takashi-kun. It's possible it's mine too", she cracks a joke.
Takashi Agera     Takashi laughs a little bit. "Well, sorry. I know that was a bit forward but it seemed to work out okay?" He offers, a sort of smile that devolves into an akward laugh. "Glad you like it, though my favorite color is much more blue than green. And not just because it's your color! But it does help." he says, some of the words coming out quickly behind others. He's nervous. This is a surprise to him, too, truth be told. He's usually so... not.

"I don't know if anyone is interested in me. It's not like a get a lot of letters bnut when it comes to most people I'm sure I come off as... distant." Takashi says, picking words carefully. But truthfully. "Most girls don't really pull my attention." he adds.

"And then there's you, and now I'm rambling and I'm very aware of that..." he says, rubbing the back of his neck with his hand again.

"Now that we know who each other are, we can get to know each other better without having to have each meeting on rooftops or isolated. What do you like to do for fun? I should start planning..." he muses aloud.
Sayaka Miki Sayaka slowly nods, giving him a smile in return. It's true that she didn't know how to deal with the suddeness of suddenly being out to each other, and using normal appellatives, but she isn't finding it an issue. "I am not troubled, don't worry. And I am not confused about your opinion on colour."

Even if it's a curious coincidence. Guess that's how she stood out to him in the first place. He must be attracted to girls with her hair colour. "I get it, you are the cool brooding type with the complicated past and the heart of gold then", Sayaka smirks at him over his coming off as distant.

"That must be why you swept me off my feet. It's part of your whole image, isn't it? You can't help but close up the distance like that", she mimics having a magnifying glass. "Luckily for you, I have solved this mystery too, so you are free to break character and ramble at me now."

She stops with her own impressions then, and considers his questions with a calmer smile. "Well, like I said, I have my piano. I like to go hunting for CDs, and I am in the track and field club. That's it from me. What about you? What are you usually doing in your free time?"
Takashi Agera     Takashi shakes his head. "Nah, nothing like that. I'm just not as good at dealing with people. I learned a bit from my brother, but he's also not the best, especially when it comes to dealing with crowds." Takashi notes.

"I swept you off your feet because a monster was going to blast you..." he notes, a bit ruefully. Maybe a little embarassed, maybe just being playful back. "It was you, fair maiden, who drew me in with your eyes ''after'' I picked you up. I made the initial decision based off your being in trouble. And in fact, now I know you weren't even really in as much trouble, haha. You're probably sturdier than I am, in henshin."

"I do research. A lot of my 'free time' isn't reeally, it's back in Obsidian. Trying to break into files and systems without being caught. Trying to understand the world we live in. I did it with science when I was younger, now I try to do it with magic, but it's a bit like trying to build a net out of some very active snakes. Sometimes it looks like a net and then it all just slithers off..." he says with a laugh.
Sayaka Miki Sayaka nods at his explanation. Joking mood aside, she understands what he means. "I am not attending anything that involves a crowd, so you won't have to worry about being asked to either", she replies.

"Uh-uh, yeah, isn't that right?", she replies awkwardly, a pinkish daze claiming her while her eyes sort of look at him, sort of don't. "If things start going really badly, I have a regenerating factor worth months. It is... quite the thing", she waves her hand dismissively, not finding the words to explain it.

"Just a simile or you like snakes?", the bluenette asks randomly. "I am not really into research, but I can look sometimes", she replies, uncertaintly measuring the words. She might have things that Hiddenite would be interested in looking into, based on Hinoiri's reactions, but...

Closing an eye on his endeavors because she is going to stop him doesn't equal her giving him research material. Even if that makes her feel awkward she has nothing to do with his hobby.
Takashi Agera     "Just a simile. I don't like snakes more than any other animal; though I suppose less than people that fear them." He offers. "But I work at Obsidian, there are literal oni and werewolves there, so my level of tolerance for dangerous and weird is a bit high at this point."

"But one thing I do think we have in common is music. And I happen to know there's a big orchestral event happening at the Tokyo Philharmonic soon, so I was thinking we could go to that?" He suggests. "I think that'd probably be better for you than... sitting in some lab listening to me drone on about magic and its relation (or lack) of it to physics?" he suggests.

"Oh, I do have some pending research about the way magic interacts with certain sonic resonances, but we can approach that once you're really sure you're fond enough of me to let me rattle your brain with that." He says with a smile.
Sayaka Miki I suppose it would. Some of the youmas you guys make are just as weird", the bluenette nods. "They don't really go out much, the oni and the werewolf, do they? I haven't seen them around, and I have never heard of anybody who did." But with they hands full as is, she wasn't about to hope that change.

The prospect of going to the Tokyo Philharmonic makes Sayaka smile, and it with a slight gleam in her eyes that she replies. "I think going there with you would be a great time. Thank you, Takashi-kun. I think it will be amazing."

She furrows her brow slightly when he mentions sonic resonances. Partially because it would be something Hinoiri would research, but well, it's not odd he would bring it up given their mutual interests. Problem is, how does she avoid actually helping him without it leading to trouble? "I will leave you to it to decide then", she smiles politely.
Takashi Agera     "Yeah, turns out animating a stapler or something with energy formed from negative emotions gets you decidedly weird results." Takashi agrees. "I think the two of them are kind of officebodies, yeah, it's been a while since they've gone out. I guess Majorina or Joker's doing enough for that Department." he says, shrugging.

"Let's focus on the dates before we try to worry about mixing work up. You haven't even decided if you like me enough for it to be worth getting in trouble over." he says. Oh, the boy truly has no idea about THAT!!!
Sayaka Miki "Getting in trouble over?", Sayaka smiles with a raised eyebrows. "The only trouble I imagine I am going to get into is fighting a youma. You can look at it as keeping me trained, if you want." What other trouble could there possibly be, really? She is quite sure she could convince Blue of her motivations. And the odds on that were on side, right?

She takes a bit of the food again and eats it. "Now that we have gotten the troublesome part out of the way, I think we can focus on the picnic. It would be troublesome wasting all this good food, right?", she smirks.
Takashi Agera     Takashi wisely doesn't make any comments about youma or training, and just laughs a bit. "Well, I think... yeah. Let's work our way through the food. And enjoy each other's company, a bit." He says, smiling. "I... don't want to think about work right now, honestly. We should listen to music and finish the food." He suggest-agrees.
