| Takashi Agera | 'Hiddenite', after some delay, finally sent 'Sharpsong' a message on the number she gave him - asking if she was free in the evening, so he could buy her dinner. He'd offered to meet her at Okujoo Ramen; the rooftop ramen place was good, out-of-the-way, and had gotten a bit of reputation for not raising an eyebrow at 'cosplayers' who showed up in outfits. This was important as he wasn't ready to reveal his identity nor did he expect her to do so before he did. At his suggestion, they'd gone to an out of the way table but rather than sitting at it, they'd jumped a few rooftops away together, sitting at a table and chairs (that perhaps Hiddenite had brought up here earlier) on a more isolated place as the hues of the sunset slowly creep over the town of Pikarigaoaka. "I'm sorry I didn't contact you sooner... there was a lot going on, magically, personally." he says. And then after debating it, admits in a moment of vulnerability - because Hiddenite can afford to be some things that he sees Riventon as not - "...and I was quite nervous." he says before stalling further conversation from himself by a bit of ramen. |
| Sayaka Miki | Sayaka's phone rang in the silence of her dorm room, homework reluctantly laid open in front of her while she bit into her pencil, trying to translate a particularly hostile english sentence. Her soundtrack taking her attention away from the textbook felt like a blessing then, giving what she felt was a much needed reprieve. Noticing who sent the message, however, made her heart skip a beat, and she reread the message two or three times while her hands quivered with a mix of repressed nervousism and relief at hearing from Hiddenite again. At least, the fact that they were going there in henshin spared her a lot of the usual preparations that would come with her going a date, though a part of her was admittedly regretting that she couldn't pick something that would make her look nicer to Riventon. She wouldn't really call herself ready for a date by any means with her Pretty Cure getup, and while she could resort to using the PreCards for it, in a lot of ways, that felt like cheating, and she didn't really enjoy the thought of presenting someone else to Hiddenite. "Uh, yeah, don't worry about it", Sayaka shoots Hiddenite a nervous smile herself after sitting down. "Things have been shaky lately, with that weird exhibit and a bunch of us disappearing to the future. I guess us both have been quite busy picking up the slack of all the youma the others would normally deal with", she gives him a nod. "Just the other day, both Namakelder and Riventon got up to nightly excursions." She immediately shakes her head. What she was doing? She is here on a date with Hiddenite and she immediately starts talking about work? If Ula had chosen to come along, she would no doubt reproach her. "Uh, sorry about that. Work talk. Anyway, I am glad of being here with you. You picked a nice place. The sunset is nice from here", she shifts her gaze towards the horizon. |
| Takashi Agera | Hiddenite shakes his head. "No, no. It's fine to talk about it. We met because of our... after-school activities, right?" he asks, raising an eyebrow. "It's what we have in common right now. Monster fighting, people saving." he says with a smile. "There is also a very real chance at some point our ramen will be interrupted by a youma doing something bad. In a way, we're just skipping ahead by meeting in henshin?" he asks with a smirk. "And yeah... I've also been wondering if I'm on the right path since I kind of got burned by the people I expected to be my teammates, so..." he dangles that thread, somewhat intentionally "... work has kind of been why I delayed messaging you sooner. Or at least was a good unconscious excuse." "And the sunset is nice, but there is a much nicer thing to look at in front of me, so I have to consider myself lucky anyways." he adds with a wink. "...but if you want to talk about things other than work, it's probably best we get to know each other. I'm figuring with a name like Sharpsong and those violin-bow-like swords, you probably have some affinity for music?" he tries. And then wonders. Who else was it he saw with swords like that? Ah, the answer just isn't coming to him right now. |
| Sayaka Miki | Sayaka smirks back at the notion of them coming prepared. That's quite true, with their herratic habits, no telling whether they are one second away from one showing up here. "That youma would have to be really unlucky to pick this single place out of the entirety of Tokyo. And if it interrupted our date, I would give it good reason to come to regret it", she nods sagely, swishing the broth of her ramen while she waits for it to cool off a bit more. "Even if we met because of our after-school activities, that's not what I want there to be between us", the Pretty Cure measures her words slowly, trying to keep her expression. If she slips up, she feels like she is going to give away her nervousism. Though, she is not sure she doesn't want to kick herself for such a cheesy sentence. She can feel her cheeks heat up slightly when he winks at her with a compliment. "It's really not that special", she takes the it back, avoiding to give any indication as to what the said object of her sentence is. "Uhm, yeah, I play the piano a lot, but my swords are like that because of a friend." It doesn't take a lot for Sayaka to fall for the thread being dangled in front of her. "Your teammates? You mean the others of the shitennou? Or someone else?", she asks with a raised eyebrow. |
| Takashi Agera | Hiddenite laughs. "I find often youma and even villians who direct them tend to be singularly unlucky about when and where and who is nearby when they begin their plots." Oh, he knows it all too well. "Start a little trouble and suddenly six or seven of us show up? Poor them..." he adds. It's so easy and fun to compliment her, she lights up so beautifully; the blushing is cute but so is the other factors, the eyes, the slight smile, the ever-so-subtle change in her voice. So he's not going to stop anytime soon. "Oh, piano. Such a beautiful instrument and one that rewards dedication. I do hope to hear you play one day." he notes. But she's back to his thread and an important question about relationships is always how the interactions go when things are not pure compliments. He stirs his own ramen before sipping the broth. "They don't trust me, the Shitennou. They don't remember me from the memories before, and I don't fit into their group. We had a fight. Then they went and the person I'm supposed to be protecting, along with all of them, went on some sort of time-travel-trip without me. He came back injured, I can sense it." Sense it via text message, naturally. "But I'm not part of the group. That was made clear. So I'll be working on my own and it makes me feel a little lost. And it made me think, if I'm not wanted or accepted, perhaps I should find another source of power anyways. Leave the memories of the past in the past, and the secrets buried. I know about magic and I'm smart so I can still help, and maybe there's another way..." he muses. "See, now I'm the one going into too much detail about extracurriculars..." he laughs. "But part of what I'm doing on the side, on my own, is why I'm talking to you in henshin. I'm... Obsidian, they have some stolen things they shouldn't, and I think I can get them back into the right hands. Maybe. And that was my original job. Keeping dangerous stuff and lore secret. Which is why I'm not able to tell you who I am, yet, anyways." |
| Sayaka Miki | The Pretty Cure mulls over his desire to hear him play. There was a time she could make her own piano show up, a while back. Maybe she will eventually regain the ability to make it appear out of nowhere, and with it the ability to give others (read: her boyfriend) a taste of her piano skills on command? A shame the PreCards don't seem to be able to do that, but so far, anything she has gotten doesn't create objects, outside of new clothes for her. She listens to him intently when he goes to talk about the relationship with the Shitennou, a pensive expression on her face. She was right about this being about them then, though, the significance of his name has already been talked about plenty. It's not an easy matter, especially if none of them remember him. She is admittedly a bit dubious about that, and with how he has someone to protect, the lack of recognition stands out even more. Maybe it's her knightly ideals in her, but she thinks he should try a bit more in getting through to him, instead of stopping at the animosity of the other four. "Have you tried to talk with him? Has anything come out of it? I think you should try that, before considering a new source of power." She is not even sure what changing power would mean for him, since he doesn't seem to be hindered by not being currently protecting his target. "If you say he is hurt, now would be a good time to approach him, since he would expect you are concerned for him with everything that happened." Could even just be a way to get included in their missions, even if they don't remember you. You would have a point if you came up to them saying they could use the extra pair of hands. Her eyes widen when he brings up his specialty. Could it really be that convenient? This is a date, but... Something like this is important, right? "Do you know about a Jar of Memories?" |
| Takashi Agera | Hiddenite nods. "I'm trying to not be weird about it?" he offers. "I know things and like. I'm not a hundred percent on where I get them from. Which... sounds crazy, saying it out loud, or would be if the things I knew weren't right. It's part of the whole Hidden Knowledge thing. I used to be kind of... head archivist of stuff people shouldn't see, back in the Time Before Time. Or... Hiddenite was? Sometimes it's a little hard to separate." he admits. "But that's basically my role. Head Nerd Of Dangerous Things." he says with a laugh. "As you can imagine, that was the sort of thing best kept a little quiet, because that also means I had Direct Access and Knowledge To Many Dangerous Things." "But that's living in the past I guess, so..." he shrugs. "I should probably try to talk with him again. Who knows, maybe I'm from a different temporal stream than these guys are, a different timeline. I mean, that's where they went, I think. That's what my powers tell me. Another timestream. That's where the little pink haired girl hails from..." he notes. "I think you're right, I should try to get through to him directly, and... I've been wanting to check on him ever since I became aware he'd returned injured, it's just awkward. To show up like 'hey I know where you live because knowing stuff is supposed to be my thing' - but it's specifically stuff about him. Like, in case you're worried or wondering, I don't know anything about you except that you're courageous, and pretty, and damn good with a sword, and I really like being around you." He'd gone too long without a compliment, you see. And she asked about the Jar of Memories, something he had intense awareness of, and he needed to pause and figure out how to play it. On the one hand, information could help his reputation with her and through her the sparkles, and throw off any suspicion he might be, well, Riventon. On the other hand, he wasn't sure he wanted any of it getting out. But. What could they possibly do to stop Obsidian's biggest plan - one he was directly assisting in, anyways? "I'm aware, yeah. Obsidian wants it because they're interested in the Fade." he says, after a moment. Now, he gathers from interacting with other Sparkles he can't be so flippant about the Fade as Hiddenite. "Obsidian has been experimenting on the Fade for some time, it's one of the things that worries me the most." he says, calmly. He's supposed to know things he shouldn't - that's the role he took for himself. "The Jar of Memory is an ancient artifact for storing memories so they wouldn't be forgotten... so I can see how that might go hand-in-hand with the Fade, making important memories be forgotten." |
| Sayaka Miki | Sayaka nods when Hiddenite explains how he has his memories. She is quite familiar with having memories you have and that you shouldn't, through Madoka and Kamiko. When the latter was still Gretchen, it was cause of a lot of troubles due to how her and Gretchen tended to disagree back then. And she herself tries not to think too much of the double memories she has from when she was split into two. She isn't really sure how Hiddenite would be able to deal with that much information in his mind, but well, it looks to her like he is doing just fine for now. Maybe keep an eye on him, so that if he ever collapses she can bring him to the infirmary or to Madoka, or to Mamoru, or to whoever might be able to help with the excess of memories. The fact that he is now sharing that that he might be from an alternate dimension sounds a little bit weird to her, but she doesn't know enough about how that would work to point any discrepancy with it. It could be that he is only just now realising that the shitennou not remembering him might be due to that. Still... "Do you remember how you came here then?", the bluenette tilts her head curiously. "Even if you didn't know this might not be your time, you must have used some special travel method at some point, right?" Sayaka blushes again at the compliment, and she rubs the back of her neck with an embarassed smile. "I am just doing my best really. Just about the same as everyone. You certainly like to compliment people, eh?", she gives Riventon a smirk, putting down her hand and going back to dealing with her ramen. "So, what about you anyway? Do you have any kind of hobbies, besides knowing a Lot of Things?" There is a simultaneous thankful smile and a small expression of frustration when the function of the Jar is explained to her. "Well, there goes our main lead against the Fade. Riventon's nightly excursion was about recovering this jar, but it got broken when I and a few other people tried to stop him." |
| Takashi Agera | Hiddenite couldn't know how Sharpsong might take his words, but a lot of help was gleaned from his intake of all of the information from Beryl's memory sphere world. "Nope, as far as I know I've always been here. I guess it was just a theory I came up with in the moment, to try to explain why I remember them and they don't remember me. With no evidence it's just a guess." he says, slowly. "But thanks for being a sounding board for it, it might be a wild goose chanse though." "No, I don't like to compliment ''people''." he corrects bluntly. "''You'', however, are special, and that much is obvious to me. So I do enjoy complimenting you." he adds. "Ah, knowing things is kind of my hobby I guess. Taking stuff apart and putting it back together, understanding it. Science. Magical or not." he says. "But I also like... listening to music. Classical music is very nice. I have played a little video games here and there. But admittedly, dealing with magic stuff has taken up a lot of my time." he says. "Riventon..." he notes. But doesn't say anything about it for a moment. "...it's possible Obsidian wanted it, or it's possible that he did. I know when I was looking at the exhibit it felt like magical people were around in this world to a much older age. I know and I can sense that Obsidian is involved in the Fade. It might be that they are somehow growing it." He says. "We don't really know what purpose they are always draining energy for, right?" he asks, trying to seem smart without giving anything away, even if part of him wants to explain everything from inside knowledge so as to seem too clever by half. |
| Sayaka Miki | "Well, if you would like some help to find out what might be causing this difference between you and the Shitennou, I am always around to help. Someone might also just be messing with your or their memories", she suggests casually. She doesn't know what though, and she doesn't really have an idea on what might be the cause. And she is not actually sure she can help with the investigations without crashing against Hiddenite's identity one way or another, so she is expecting him to decline the offer. Sayaka sighs a bit when she is called special. She wouldn't really call herself that, though, and that compliment doesn't tell her much. When Riventon dives into classical music, Sayaka is eager to take up the subject, partly to change the atmosphere, partly because that's a subject that genuinely charms her. "I love classical musical", she smiles happily. "It's a bit retro, but I collect as many CDs as I can. I still keep CD players to listen to them on. Tchaikovsky, Hansel, Vivaldi, Beethoven, I love them all. Though, if I had to name a favourite composer that would be Tchaikovsky. He reaches such a diverse range of emotions. Do you have one?" "Well, no, we don't", Sayaka concedes when the subject returns to the Fade. "But they have a lot of different projects, I think, like making better and better of those heartstealer guns. Or opening that portal to the past. Even if a part of it is dedicated to growing the Fade, we can't say that that's all they use it for. Do you know when the Fade first started? That might help us make some progress." |
| Takashi Agera | Hiddenite smiles. "I think I'd like to give it a go at least once more before involving external help; I think part of thier concern is that I'm external, and I'm not sure bringing others in to mediate would have the effect I seek." he says, slowly. "But I will keep the offer in mind." he says, effectively trying to politely decline. The classical music discussion gives him both an out and does the important work of giving them something non-'work' related to speak of. So he jumps on it, especially when he can measure her interest. "I think that all of the composers you mentioned; they're those that come to mind when people speak of classical composers, and none of them can be spoken out in low terms. Mozart, Tchaikovsky, Handel, Beethoven, Bach are the heavyweights for sure. I also enjoy some slightly more modern music in the classical style, the works of John Adams and George Gershwin, and some of the orchestral compositions of Kaija Saariaho, though that may be my heritage leaking out." he admits. And then on to the Fade. "I don't know when it's started... but I can probably figure it out or at least make a guesstimate." he says. Then he pauses. And decides to share something that... well, enough people have left Obsidian to probably know some general sense about the Reactor existing, and it's in the heart of the Tower itself; what could the Sparkles possibly do? "I've seen, in my mind... that Obsidian Tower houses within it a massive magical reactor. They feed energy into it, and it's consumed for some purpose. It could be for any of those projects, but they're definantly spending the energy somewhere. If they were... controlling the fade, shaping it, something like that could require such a massive pile of energy. Or even creating it from nothing." he says, slowly. "This is only a theory based on what I've seen and what you're talking about, but... it seems at least plausible. The Heartstealer rifles and even a single portal to another timestream; those should be individual energy requirements, but the reactor in the tower is constantly spending energy on... something." he adds. |
| Sayaka Miki | Sayaka nods visibly when Hiddenite starts to bring up some classical composers of his own, but she stops to consider the name of Kaija Saariaho. It is a name familiar to her, though if she recalls, she doesn't have more than a handful of compositions by her. Of those compositions, though... That would also mean he would have to be from Finland, or at least have family members from there. "Is that why you have that hair and eyes? Or is it due to your henshin?", she inquires casually, then proceeding to eat a bit of her ramen. Setting her chopsticks down, her mind turns back to music. "I haven't heard much about Saariaho-sensei, but I love the Laterna Magica, especially how dreamlike it feels. Some say it has a pressing and oblique vibe, and I see what it means, but it has a hazy and gentle feeling accompanying it too in other sections. What would you say is your favourite work by her? I could pick it up after this date and tell you when we meet again." Her mind briefly flashes to more modern sections of her collection. "It's still not very recent, but I would also have to recommend Gerald Finzi. He made a career out of choral works, but what stands out to me is his Grand Fantasia and Toccata, something he made for piano and orchestra." When Hiddenite starts explaining about Obsidian Tower, Sayaka mulls it over unsure. Is this another one of his secrets? She isn't sure why someone from the Silver Millennium would be privy to knowledge about Obsidian, or at least not that kind of knowledge. Something by Beryl could have made it into the basic structure of the tower, but something that big? "You know, it's totally fine to say you have left Obsidian behind. There have been a lot of others that did, and one of them I hold as a dear friend." |
| Takashi Agera | Hiddenite looks at her, and a bit nervously runs a hand through his hair. She's easy to talk to - and in a way that's dangerous as Hiddenite has several secrets, not the least of which being one she may have sussed out and he'll have to play around. "Mmm, a little somewhere in my family tree, yeah. Not sure where the hair and eyes come from though." he says, carefully. He can't entirely back out from it, but... how far does the veil extend? He doesn't want to finds out he overstepped the limitations on what he can say the hard way. "Family for me is a difficult subject, more memory than current, so I'm sorry." he says before returning momentarily to the ramen. "Saariho-sensei can have some real discordance in her work, yes, but I do appreciate the way she can turn the more disrupted and chaotic feelings into carefully woven beauty, if that makes any sense." he says. I think her Notes On Light is a very contrasting and complex work. I find my own moods can color secondary listens; in good moods I can pick out the rising tones more easily." he says. "Finzi's work is also very... uplifting, you can see his personal views, shining through. Really, the two of them - Finzi and Saariho - are in a way opposites; in the tones of their work - but I think that's good, it shows the range of classical orchestral work, to listen to one then the other. "It would be fine to say I left Obsidian behind?..." he half questions, half-muses. The dangerous territory. The place where misdirection may need to eventually give way to lies, even. "It would be incorrect to say so, as I've never aligned with them." That's fair, as Riventon hadn't truly; Obsidian was a place that gave him access to research funding, to power, to energy; he worked for them at times, but he always saw them as an enemy too; merely an enemy he was within. Too many there had their sights set on destruction. "But I can say perhaps we're getting quite close to the danger of my identity... Obsidian... they have so many things they shouldn't, they mustn't, and because of that I've had to make sure to be able to see things and access things. But my goal is to protect the world, not burn it to the ground and crown myself king of the cinders and ashes." he says. "But my abilities give me information and let me see things, they let me move about - hidden is in my name, after all - and I've seen things within Obsidian that they wouldn't want people on the outside to see or know about. It's peicing it all together that's the real trouble though; flashes of insight don't make for actionable data without further work." |
| Sayaka Miki | Sayaka winces slightly when he brings up family is a different subject for him, and places her chopsticks down, staring at him apologetically. "I didn't know, sorry, let's change the subject", she replies, crossing her arm on the table. "Regardless of where they come from, they are really pretty", she leans back on the chair, giving him a smile. "I will check out Notes on Light, and tell you what I think on our next date then", she starts setting into the ease of the subject as they go more in depth about it. "I have always found classical music to be mesmerising, like it has an hypnotic quality about it. You could say that the extreme ranges about it has are some of its best qualities. You seem pretty knowledgeable about it. How did you start listening to classical music?" "For me, that was when I was something like 8, I think. My parents brought to listen to a friend playing the violin, and I was really engrossed by the performance", she explains with a shine in her eyes. Even now, she can see herself back there, and it's something she holds dear despite everything. "My friend was a freelancer within Obsidian too", she brings up at his denial calmly. "I think she only ended up there because she started using dark energy, but she didn't really buy into any bad guy. She was only there to impress someone, not to destroy the world." She blinks a bit when he brings up the relation between his name and his powers. "But wasn't your rock named after some guy who discovered it?" |
| Takashi Agera | Hiddenite nods when it comes to avoiding his family. At least for now. "It's alright, like you said, you didn't know. And you saying you think my eyes are pretty, well, that's quite the wonderfuil thing to hear. Likewise, I love your hair." He says. "I've always liked to listen to Classical though. I like a lot of kinds of music, admittedly, but I know a little bit about classical music because it's so emotionally evocative. Especially when performed by an orchestra... it just has this... epic feeling to it?" he offers. "Music was an escape for me, and I'd listen to anything I could, really. I didn't have the brightest childhood, but it wasn't the worst either, mind. But Classical music, in particular, I found very helpful while I would study things. I always figured, the more things I knew and understood, the more impact I could have, and the better that impact would be for everyone..." he says, truthfully. "So I learned as much as I could, and that included about the music I listened to while learning." "Obsidian... it's full of people with different ideas. The foolish and the desperate, the power-hungry and the nihilist, but... certainly, none of them know Hiddenite as a teammate or ally." Ah, that was a very fair and accurate statement. "If you're worried about that, you should ask your former freelancer friend." he offers. "But all the same, there are those who - if they knew who I was behind the ancient outfit - my civilian identity - then they'd be incredibly upset, in a dangerous and violent way, I think. It could put more than me at risk, which is why I'm being careful, even if you are ''incredibly'' pretty." He moves on directly from that, to the Hiddenite question. "Well, that's just the univerese and magic making sure things line up. Zoisite and Kunzite carried those names in the Silver Millenium and the magic of our world seems to have conspired to ensure that all of our connections would retain the same names here. Names have meaning and power, and so they might transcend in such a way. I've been Hiddenite, and I will always be." he says, calmly. Then he pauses, and blinks... and he actually smiles quite largely. "Oh, my brain just caught up to that... you said NEXT date. So that means I've already secured at least that?" He asks, hope clearly dripping from his voice's tone. |
| Sayaka Miki | Hiddenite talking about her brings Sayaka to instinctively bring a hand to it, moving downwards across its length with a blushing smile. "Hehe, thank you. You know, my hair was nowhere near this long before I became a Pretty Cure. But the colour is the same. It can be a bit of a hurdle at times, and it makes it harder to see my cape." And it is currently pooling on her chair. Sharpsong listens with a warm expression as Hiddenite recounts his tale of how he got drawn to music. No doubt, that must have been very hard for him, but the fact he turned that around and found such deep meaning into music... It leaves her with a very favourable impression. "Well, well, someone has quite a poetic heart", she grins teasingly. "Just kidding, that's something very nice. Music really played an important part in your heart, right? I am glad it did. There is a lot that music can do to resonate with people, if they give it a chance." Sayaka thinks she by now has pieced together her own theory as to what is going on with her date. It probably is someone they know from Obsidian who has cobbled together a henshin like Hinoiri did to help out without catching attention. Would also explain why he is weaker. She wonders what Madoka is going to think about it. "Don't worry about it", she replies nonchalantly. "I didn't actually think about it that way, but it makes a lot of sense", she remarks on the name, next rubbing her arms when her wording is brought up. "Yeah, I think you are a sensitive person with how you talk about music, and I would enjoy meeting you again", she gives him a confirmation with a clearly happy voice. |
| Takashi Agera | "Well, blue is my favorite color." he says, smirking as she runs her hand through it. "So of course I noticed your hair. And then your eyes. But then I saw you fight which was a bit like watching an orchestral performance for youma-trashing." he adds with a happy little chuckle. "Then I caught myself being so complementary before I'd really figured out what was going on and figured I should just roll with it." he says, giving her a little bit of a window into the story of how they ended up here, or his part in it. "I'm really quite glad you agreed. Both to the initial date and the next one." "Music does connect with me well, yes. I always have music going when I'm working on a project or studying. Everyone deserves a background track, right?" he adds. "I appreciate you giving me a chance even when I have to be cryptic." he says, slowly. Her theory isn't entirely wrong; on the contrary, it's mostly right; this henshin is put together and he's trying to avoid catching attention when helping out various sparkles which now includes Sharpsong, but the fact that it's a secondary henshin is more what's at issue. "Well, the ramen is about gone..." he says, tapping his spoon on his empty bowl "...and it's been a wonderful evening, really. And you've given me some things to think about - both in approaching my own concerns and thinking about how to help everyone out with this Fade and Jar business." he says. He knows that dates have to end and in fact he ignored a buzzing call from the Office already - it wasn't Precia so it could wait, but not forever. Still, he's hesitant to go, even as he tries to verbally convince himself. Something about her really is drawing him to her and he can't entirely put his finger on it, but the way she talked about music showed that she has a mind that shines in its own way. |
| Sayaka Miki | "I am almost entirely in blue, I can see why I could draw your eye", the bluenette says with a fading laugh. "Like I said, I am enjoying myself with you, you are really insightful", Sayaka remarks, only giving out a slightly clinking "you" throughout the whole sentence. She definitely did notice his penchant for compliments, and they are nice, though she is now feeling like they are connecting on something, something that is starting to make her look forward to see him beyond just wanting to understand where this is going. "Probably, and I guess my music affinity is to speak for why magic gave me one. It's not doing that anymore, but I wrote it down, so I could play it for you sometimes", she offers thinking back to what Attesa used to play when she could still call on the Familiar. She sets aside her own now empty bowl and stands up, humming a note for a second while nodding. "I am going to look forward to our next date then", she replies, lingering for a second unsure if they are going to walk back together for a bit as an after-date activity, before settling that no, they probably aren't doing that given their circumstances. She just waves at him one, and with one last bye she goes to pay her own food, then starts leaping and jumping towards Radiant Heart. |
