Owner Pose
Aloisia Harlaown Aloisia mostly just kind of stayed in that original position after that multi-cast of pyramidenfall, because frankly that was really unpleasant. Once everyone else had largely filtered out to take civilians to get taken care of, and similar, and the Zero Time has been dropped, leaving them in the pre-leveling warehouse again... Aloe had opted to go to one of the offices on the security level to sit down in.

"Do you drink coffee? Or more of a tea drinker? I have a keurig in here with an array of coffee options or you can just brew hot water for tea." She asks towards Veronica, as she fills the water (After checking to make sure that the water isn't contaminated with anything) container.

She's not getting right into the conversation. Largely because while she does feel like whoever wants to know about it does deserve to learn about the situation, it doesn't make it any less of a sore subject.
Veronica Perenna With the zone being cleared out of civilians and other magical warriors having gone on their way, normally the Princess of Sarek would take care to have that as her cue to leave, but holding her here is her interest towards Aloisia's position in the whole debacle. And as much as it is a concern with the position of Otto van Steiner and his position in Obsidian's ranks, she is also quite the curious person.

"Tea, please", she replies, a surprised tone that she is being offered something so amicably, and even more so at the fact she is keeping the water pure herself. She was admittedly expecting more of a resistance, or some other trick.

"How should I refer to you?", the Princess of Sarek speaks in a polite tone, watching Aloisia fill the container intently, her tails resting against the legs of the chair with the occasional twitch.
Aloisia Harlaown      Aloisia pulls out green tea teabag from a little drawer, opening it and putting it in a mug (Which is similary checked for contaminants and given a wipe with a cloth JUST to be safe), and setting it under the Keurig and pressing the button for it to brew without a pod in it. Yep, high tech up in the security room of this random warehouse she renovated.

"You may call me Aloisia." She reponds simply to the question of how to refer to her. "Knight Aloisia or Lady Aloisia is fine if you feel a need to be formal as many do in this world." She continues, watching the Keurig as it fills the mug with hot water. "Do you like sugar in your tea? I think I have an unopened box around here somewhere that I am fairly certain should be safe from any mushroom spores that may have made it down here."

Theoretically, since it's from a Youma any of it should be dispersed, but, well, she's not particularly looking to get drained at the moment, and she doubts that the Nekomata particularly does either.
Veronica Perenna "Lady Aloisia then", Veronica acknowledges with a nod, thinking that saying Knight Aloisia would sound way too stiff even for her tastes. "Given your choice of appellative and connection to Count Otto, I presume you are of Tharkad nobility yourself", she brings up while Aloisia fulfills the bounds of hospitality. Something that Veronica quite appreciates, even considering their opposite positions.

"I am the Princess of Sarek", she replies in kind, a bow of her head and tip of her hat towards her host. "I usually have a spoonful of sugar to go with it", the Nekomata Princess replies to Aloisia. She could undo her Halloween guise, but she prefers not showing her disguise magic in front of a potential enemy.

"If you want help with looking for the box, I can give you a hand", she offers, not getting up from her chair yet. "I met Count Otto for the first time when he got his hands on a set of knives belonging to a bigger set of cursed relics that shouldn't be left in the wrong hands", she starts explaining. "He was being vexed by a spider youma, and I take it from what you had said earlier, you don't particularly enjoy Count Otto's presence either", she stares intently.
Aloisia Harlaown "I am, by blood, his daughter." Aloisia states simply in response. "So yes, but I do not care to claim that name. And my original name was a lie, so. For now, I am simply, Aloisia." Aloisia says as she rummages around in the drawers for a moment, before pulling out a couple packets of sugar and setting them in front of the Princess of Sarek along with the mug of tea, and a spoon. So that she can add as much sugar as she wants to.

"A pleasure to meet you, Princess of Sarek." She says, turning and dipping into a proper curtsy towards the woman. "I was not aware I was in the presence of royalty. I do apologize for any rudeness I may have sent your way. The revelation of my bloodline was a ... stressful event." A hand lifts to run over the damaged earring that was the Unbezwingbare Schwester's passive mode.

"My last major interaction with him he attempted to force me to kill several earthlings and the TSAB enforcer by overriding and overloading my Devices to effectively force me to self-destruct." Aloisia says relatively dryly in response to her not particularly enjoying Count Otto's presence. "So, no, I am not on particularly good terms with him at the moment." She says, as she puts some coffee on for herself to start brewing. "Unfortunately, I am somewhat stuck with him at the same time. Because should he win this whole thing, his opinion of me likely decides if my mother lives or dies." Unless she kills him first, but she's not sure if that wouldn't get her mother killed too.

"And while my life up to this point was a lie that was part of his plan for the coup... I am not so heartless as to be able to simply forsake the woman who raised me." Just how exhausting the situation is, is likely evident as Aloisia speaks of it almost distantly, as if it wasn't something directly impacting her. Still that almost passive emptiness she'd had most of the interaction over the course of the battle.
Veronica Perenna "Thank you, Lady Aloisia", Veronica takes the mug being offered to her, her face calm like a lake as she ponders the information of the other girl's lineage being offered to her. Is that an invitation to drop the "Lady" just now? It doesn't seem like she is being lied to, and Veronica had been keeping it as a measure of politeness, but maybe that was the real offense.

"You have not been offensive at all", Veronica shakes her head, offering Aloisia a smile. "You fulfilled the service of hospitality despite not owing your enemy anything. That is quite commendable instead." She stirs her tea a little and adding the pocket of sugar Aloisia has offered her.

"Rather, it is me who has to apologise for making you uncomfortable by forcing a nobility on you that you do not really acknowledge", she looks amicably at the other girl. "I do not have a first name beyond my title in my magical form, or I would say you could drop the formality too, but you can simply call me Sarek."

In spite of the apparent calm of her face, her tails betray her, becoming tense in the face of the cruelty Otto has pushed on Aloisia, all the people he had endagered, and her too. No wonder she has no trust or sympathy for the man.

"I am sorry to hear about the difficult situation you have been pushed in, and the danger your mother is under. My criticism of you earlier for your involvement with the hotel was unnecessarily strict, and I have reprimanded you in a way you did not deserve." She takes a sip of the tea before making Aloisia an offer. "Some of my skills come useful in the field of infiltration, so I could try to help you find something, informatilm or material items that could help improve your situation."
Aloisia Harlaown "I do not consider those of earth ... or ... Sarek? To necessarily be enemies. Even less so with recent events. It is why my endeavors within Obsidian have been more along this line. Relatively harmless, when it doesn't go out of control." Aloisia replies, as she adds sugar and cream to her coffee and taking a sip of it.

"While many of ... your side of the battle align themselves with the Countess Hannah Steiner, that is the extent of your opposition to me, and she has a particularly sympathetic situation, al things considered. I find no reason to condemn those willing to help a princess who lost her family to her own uncle. Frankly, until I popped up, she may have been alone in the universe beyond said uncle." Aloisia frowns ever so slightly at that thought.

She sits back down in the chair, keeping an eye on some of the set up security screens as she talks. Just in case. "Your criticism is not necessarily unwarranted. Regardless of how harmless I aimed it to be, you were not incorrect. It is energy taken from the innocent, and while I took steps to ensure that said energy was not overly depleted, and it was refreshed with snacks and rest before they were allowed to leave..." She shakes her head. "It is still misappropriated. I have no illusions about this fact."

The offer of the skills to her gets the slightest smile from Aloisia. "Such skills are invaluable. I cannot think of much use I can put them to on this planet. Fortunately, my situation on this planet... ignoring the situation with the nobility of Tharkad, is not entirely terrible. Enforcer Harlaown was kind enough to get me set up within the Radiant Heart Academy." Not that she'd attended many of her classes recently. "And my mother is not on this planet. She is likely imprisoned on Tharkad for aiding the coup, awaiting a trial put on hold until the return of either the Count or Countess, whichever proves victorious. Or just as likely, it's been long enough they've given up on either one returning and the world has moved on without them with the Steiner family retainer guiding the fate of our homeworlds in place of a royal family. Maybe my mother has already been executed for treason. I know the man who raised me definitely has been. I doubt he survived the coup. Otherwise he would likely be here as well."

That emptiness as she continued to speak was growing the ever so slightest tinge of hopelessness. But one that Aloisia was actively trying to mask. Likely this was the first time she was opening up at all since, well, the Incident, regardless of other's attempts.

Right place and the right time, perhaps. Regardless of if Veronica wanted it or not.
Veronica Perenna "Sarek is just a island on this planet", Veronica informs Aloisia with a covert smile. "Despite my transformed state, I am in fact human", she explains, still not acknowledging that this is not her natural henshin state, no longer out of a doubt in Aloisia. Too many ears and dark powers in Obsidian that might force secrets out despite one's intentions.

She is taking into account that some like Riventon may be quite suspicious of the "other Sunbreaker" there, even if that is not a form that she is using anymore now that Hinoiri has switched over to the good side. At least nobody saw anything odd with her impersonating Phantom or Oresky.

"My criticism may not be wrong, but it was simply aimed at the wrong person. It is useless to complain to someone who is being threatened with a loved one. I am not sure what I myself would do if I were threatened with such a sword of Damocles", she winces as Aloisia goes further into her, her mouth feeling dry at those revelations.

"I... I cannot know how the conflict on Tharkad will end", she hesitates lightly. "I have not seen countess Hannah in a while, but maybe we have just failed to cross paths. Still, if there is anything I can do to help you defy Count Otto in a way the fault doesn't fall on you, or even just help you have a bit of space away from him, I am ready to do it. It is not the first time I have to measure myself against other nobles and rich people, even if this one is otherwordly", she promises.
Aloisia Harlaown "Ah, I see. Either a different planet or a part of this planet both could have made sense to me, considering." Aloisia says with a helpless shrug. The comment about the transformed state gets a small nod in response, though not much other response to it.

The comment about someone being threatened with a loved one gets a slightly shift from Aloisia. "...He has, technically, not directly threatened me with my loved one, just with how I was taught the Steiner family was growing up... until more recently, I thought he was more my only option, as I was taught that the Steiner family was ... not nearly as kind and understanding as my few interactions with Countess Steiner have been thus far." She pauses. "Though he has chosen to remind me 'what is at stake' which I suppose is... close enough."

Aloisia closes her eyes. "I do not see the conflict of Tharkad going any other way than one, at this juncture. And I do not believe that I am... or was? On the winning side of that conflict." She sips her coffee, a look of exhaustion crossing her face. "Count Otto has worn out his goodwill with too many people on both sides of the equation, considering the 'gifted' spider youma he was given by another member of Obsidian that is quite ... incompetent. If somewhat adorably so. And Enforcer Harlaown has gone so far as to officiate the matter through the TSAB legally, which further complicates matters in ways that are unfavorable for him even if he should successfully defeat Hannah. The TSAB will not support his rule, should he somehow manage that."

"And even /if/ he did, that would draw the ire of many people who have found a friend in Countess Steiner, so unless there is a decisive victory that also eliminates all traces of Enforcer Harlaown as well as somehow stops the TSAB from getting involved in the long run... I do not see him getting out of this with anything but a pyrrhic victory at best." Aloisia finally opens her eyes, taking another sip of that coffee. "And frankly, if I did not think he had some sort of way to contact Tharkand in the case of his death, I might simply try to end the conflict myself." She adds, her tone taking on a somewhat dark edge on that.

There is a pause, then more lightheartedly she comments, "He has left me alone mostly since trying to make me blow myself up though, so there's that. It's left me the time to focus on attempting to fix unbezwingbare schwester." Aloisia rubs at her eyes softly. "That said, I think I may need to rest. It is taxing using even a shadow of my Wall spells with only one of my Devices to assist in the processing of it. As well..." She glances at one of the camera feeds, where a stray wax mushroom can be seen wandering.

"...There is still some cleaning up I need to do."
Veronica Perenna "It is a good thing you have a place at Radiant Heart. Many people are friendly there, and I am sure they would see it the same way as me", she tries to provide further reassurance.

"I believe that was the same youma from when Otto had the cursed knives", Veronica muses, taking another sip of her tea. "It was quite clingy and it honestly did more harm than any good an actual youma could have brought him", the Princess of Sarek looks at the dark tea in her mug.

"And when the time comes for him to walk out of Obsidian for the last time, I hope the door hits him on the way out, just for extra salt on the possibly literal wound", she frowns. She probably wouldn't deal an actual fatal wound to him, but she probably isn't going to stop others from doing that either. If they want a piece of him, he has done more than enough to warrant it, and she still might bash him with her cane herself, just for some irony.

Veronica looks at the spots infested by mushrooms, then at the tired Knight. "I will help you" she resolves, getting up from the chair and attack you. Maybe she can even add her vanishing magic to the mix sometimes.
