Adora Rainbowfist's Sheet

Background

As a war erupts on her homeworld of Grayskull, the infant Adora is secreted away to the planet of Etheria through a portal. She is discovered by the wicked and manipulative Shadow Weaver. Shadow Weaver takes the baby to the Horde, where she is raised alongside another orphan, the catgirl, Catra. For years the Horde was all Adora knew. Growing up alongside her best friend (And future girlfriend), Adora excelled in all manners of being a soldier.

She spent her youth training, both in intense combat exercises, and in unit cohesion and leadership. Shadow Weaver was cruel and manipulative, but always seemed to put Adora ahead of the other trainees. She saw her as a very special child.

Eventually, Adora was offered a promotion to Force Captain, and was told she would lead her former training unit (Except poor Catra) in a raid of a Rebellion stronghold. All of her life she had been told of the vile and evil Princesses, and their resistance against the Order they were trying to bring to the world. Well, she snuck out of the base with Catra the night before the raid, and ended up being seperated from her. The girl discovered a large sword tangled amid old foliage, and she began getting visions.

Upon discovery by the Princess Alliance, Adora was taken prisoner as a Horde Soldier, only to discover the sword could transform her into an engine of war known as She-Ra. When she used the power to save her captors, they loosened up a bit. However, on the eay to the Princess capital of Brightmoon, she found the place she was supposed to lead the raid on: a beautiful, peaceful hamlet. All of her teachings began to fall apart, and the deal was sealed when Catra lead the assault on the peaceful village in an attempt to bring Adora home. Adora refused, creating a strong rift between herself and her previously only friend.

Over time, Adora trained to be She-Ra, taking her position in the Alliance as the Princess of Power. She learned that the title and power had been passed down to various girls over time, though a long time back one of the She-Ra's, Mara, had rebelled and turned on the First Ones who granted said power. Adora had been the first She-Ra in centuries.

The war continued, and Adora helped get other Princess Kingdoms to agree to join the Rebellion, until they were a force to be reckoned with. After many skirmishes, plots and traumatic events, Adora managed to convince Catra (Who'd been her main rival all this time) to turn her back on the Horde and join her. Then, they managed to defeat the Horde, and even stop their newly revealed master, Horde Prime. However, in a last ditch effort, Horde Prime activated an experimental piece of technology, shattering the universe to a degree. Adora ended up waking up in an alleyway in Tokyo. She was blown away by the lights and tech and sheer population. Confused and scared and missing her Catra, Adora ended up stashing her blade in an abandoned gym. She is currently hiding out in the same place while she tries to figure out what to do!@

Eventually, she found her Catra, as well as her other friends. Things were wrong though -- they were from a different time, either they couldn't remember it or something. She wasn't entirely sure /when/, but her Catra was back to how she'd been before. Things were Wrong. And she even got corrupted by one of her new friends, Hinoiri. She had harmed her friends, had brutal fights with people she cared deeply about.

An off-hand comment from Catra had been burning in her mind. 'What the hell've you been up to these past few weeks, anyway? I was beginning to think you'd tried to go back to Etheria, or what's left of it'.

It was an impulsive thought. An impulsive action. Her sword could do so much, it was something that could restore the balance, so maybe. Maybe she could go back to Etheria. Or maybe... she could... try and heal the portal or something, make the timeline Right.

...Of course, messing with time is always a messy business. And while she might, technically, succeed she forgot to account for one factor.

She's the one out of place in the timeline.

(Note: The previous entry is to make way for either a scene for said thing, or elaboration on what happened, TL;DR, she's going to reset to roughly the same time in the series as the others, from when she escaped the portal after the sacrifice of Glimmer's mother.)

Personality

Adora is brave. She is a courageous warriour who grew up within a military structure. Until her late teen years, all she knew was preperation for war, and the little bit of hiddne time she managed to snag with her best friend. She has a very hard time backing down from a challenge, and it takes extreme measures to cow her. She is not dumb, but the girl is far from brilliant outside of military matters. She is warm-hearted and kind, caring about people to a level that could possibly be used against her. She does not kill, but has no issues using violence to solve a problem. She is a warrior, afterall.

She is charismatic to an extreme degree, and served as a beacon of hope back home. She is a bright, shining beacon in dark times, and she has the personality of someone who has proven capable of drawing people out of their own darkness. When she is She-Ra she tends to be more stoic, but her own personality still resides within her then, too.

Focus

While She-Ra is a very unique powerset in her world, the Princesses tend to be linked and have specific themes. She-Ra's power comes from the Sword of Protection, primarily, and what it has unlocked within her. It could, technically, be considered a gemstone, or crystal, which is what the other Princesses use, though. That would be -technically-, but technically works.

For the rest of the Princesses, each of their Kingdoms possess a stone of power. These stones are roughly human-sized or a bit bigger, and radiate energy of some specific type. It could be raw nature, aquatic energy, fire, or a number of others. The Princess attunted to it is granted power unique to that gemstone. Sometimes the other Princesses can over exert their energy, and require access to their Gemstone, or something resembling their element, to recharge.

Style

The Princesses power tends to come in pastel, beautiful, energetic ways. When nature magic is used, there are blooms of flowers, along with the terrifying rushes of vines and thorns, if that is the intent, for example. Rainbows and harmonious noise is common, as it is a force of pure good (Or is meant to be. Anything can be twisted!). Each gemstone is unique, and the power granted to it's Princess is as well, though the above tends to stick. The Princess Alliance, while still fighting a war, brings a sense of beauty to their battle, whether they like it or not. Heck, She-Ra shoots rainbows!

Powers

As Adora, she is simply a very athletic teenage girl.

She-Ra, however, has...

Strength: She-ra is extremely strong, capable of punching through reinforced steel, toss tanks with one hand, and that strength allows her to do feats such as cutting through said tanks like it's butter with her sword.

Agility: She-Ra is incredibly agile, capable of leaping high into the air and move at faster rates than a standard human, and even able to maintain that sort of speed while balancing on narrow walkways, etc.

Durability: She-Ra is incredibly durable, capable of taking most attacks without showing much more than heavy scuffs and shrugging off most mundane weaponry. Unfortunately, this durability is restricted by the energy that supports it, and can result in her being knocked out seemingly rather suddenly from an otherwise healthy-seeming state.

Animal Transformation: The energy in her blade is capable of transforming animals into altered, intelligent creatures. Generally adding wings to them regardless of race. Which is how she resulted in having her trusty steed, Swift Wind by her side.

Energy Blasts: She-Ra can launch rainbow-colored energy blasts capable of dealing great damage to whatever she targets with them, and if managed right can allow She-Ra a good amount of ranged flexibility beyond 'throwing her sword'.

Aura Generation: When united with the other Princesses of Power, she can blend her powers with theirs to mutually increase the strength of their powers.

Animal Magic: The Sword of Power is capable of calming most rapaging and upset monsters, with a particular affinity for calming biotechnical creatures infused with First One's tech, due to her sword somewhat acting as a key for most of said tech.

Space Survival: Though she doesn't really know about it at present, She-Ra is immune to most mundane environmental effects, capable of surviving in the vacuum of space or not needing to breathe if in an underwater situation. Poisonous spores, corruptive magics, etc. are still effective on her, however.

Swordshifting: Adora (and She-Ra) can change the form of the Sword of Power to different weapons and mundane items, not limited to but including: A flail. A broom. A flute. A cup. An umbrella. A shield. These forms don't really alter it's powers much, but does allow it to be used for that item's standard uses. I mean who doesn't need to use a world-saving deus ex machina as a mop, right?
