Veronica Perenna has posed:
Few people ever look up. The chatter below, and the inviting noises of the attractions did the rest, and provided the feline creature jumping from one roof to the next sufficient cover. Even the reflection of the sun on the watery substance making up her body was not sufficient to change that. The Veil helped a lot in that regard, nudging people towards excuses or distractions as soon as she was out of their sight.

The cat fairy stares around, squinting at her surroundings. 'Not much here, not really', she observes, disgruntled. Objects don't just move around on their own, and despite their magic, this holds true for the relics of Sarek too. 'Why then, why, is one moving around?' The way it slips in and out of her senses it drives her up the wall.

She is quite sure it's not the new Princess of Sarek's doing. For all of the fairy's doubts about her, she has actually been doing her job, and the relics she has with her are all purified. The one she was chasing, not so much. Nothing really stops the youmas of Les Desshouhaits from moving around, but that's not really what they normally do.

Something familiar reaches her, and she turns her gaze down to the right, tilting it slightly. Veronica. Interesting. On the right track, or a bad one?

She watches the brunette stroll alongside the flow of people, and sits down on top of the booth, observing her cheerful expression. Maybe she is just here to have fun.

Laisa Samuiko has posed:
    Laisa walks up to Veronica, bright smile on her face as she watches the cheerful expression of her favorite painter. "A really nice day today, isn't it love?"

    Of course, the Dream Kingdom is a really fun place to spend time in. Laisa is enjoying herself, and as usual she is completely unbothered by winter weather. If anything she seems to enjoy it. Especially since she gets to wear her new scarf.

    Of course, she's completely oblivious to the cat above, watching over them, considering Veronica's progress while also looking out for mysterious relic-related problems. No doubt she'd think it was the second cutest thing in the world if she saw it, but right now her focus is elsewhere.

    "So, what do you think? Is there something else you'd like to see today, Vero-chan~?" says Laisa, with a level of sweetness that doesn't seem to care if anyone else overhears them.

Mai Elcamino has posed:
Everyone's having a lovely time except for the usual subset of screamy kids and unhappy parents, and-- oh, and a young woman who's stalking toward the exit, her bad mood emanating so strongly from her that people shy away and flowers practically wilt in her wake. She's wearing stiletto heels which click incredibly loudly on the paving stones with every step, and her fur-ruffed long-coat's skirt flares out behind her dramatically. Her hair is perfect. Her diamonds glitter in her ears, around her neck--

--and she snarles at a couple of six year olds who don't get out of the way fast enough, reaching out to slap the bottoms of their hands as she passes, sending their fries and ice cream down their fronts.

She doesn't stop or even slow down: drive-mai shooting.

The problem is, as an adult starts jogging over to the wailing children, who are pointing at the obviously rich obviously ASS of a woman-- the adult shoots her a dirty look and Hawkmoth has an opportunity. In the meantime, the PROBLEM is, Mai spots the absurdly adorable water cat up above, and she's still in a horrible mood even though the sound of children crying behind her has lifted it somewhat.

Her eyes widen and she opens her clutch purse to take out a sandal.

She WINGS it at the water cat and yells, "STOP BEING SO CUTE what is WRONG with you!"

Amanda Faust has posed:
    Amy's finally found a time schedules lined up to do something with Miho! Although admittedly, she's still not sure she really understands romance. This would've been good with friends too... But with friends there wouldn't be a certain closeness, here. The way she clings to Miho sometimes, or puts an arm around the girl leaning against her...

    ...Well, except for with Taro. Who she's definitely not dating. Hmm.

    Bumper cars are fun. Roller coasters that have huge drops and loop-de-loops are not and after trying one such ride she doesn't wish for a second. Carnival games are attempted, but she's not especially skilled -- she makes no promises to win something for Miho like someone would in manga.

    She's waiting in line with Miho for the ferris wheel, when there's the sound of crying nearby, and Amy looks over, and someone's already running over, and

    "Oh no. Why is she here?! You'd think she'd be too afraid of getting her dress dirty..." She scans the crowd, and then looks back to Miho apologetically. "She's probably here to start trouble, so..." She waits for agreement before running off -- otherwise she'd wait uneasily, concerned that another magical shoe will drop -- and runs towards the voice.

    "HEY! What's your problem with cuteness!"

Veronica Perenna has posed:
Veronica nods enthusiastically, and gently bumps against Laisa's side at her question. "Hmm, it sure is!", she comments with a hum, and looks at her beloved with a warm glint in her eyes.

It's not really a date, but with how they are both having fun while on the lookout for trouble that isn't here yet, it's not even that far a concept. Dream Kingdom is a fun place, and she is covered up in enough layers that she doesn't really mind the cold, even without Laisa's resistance.

"Let's see...", she smiles, stretching up to see as much of her surroundings as she can. "I got what we need", Veronica announces brightly. "I see bumper cars just a little bit away. What do you say? Want to see who can bump the most?"

Coralie quietly mrrows at Veronica's speech. Here to relax, have fun, then. She is not going to do anything today. Best to search elsewhere.

She turns around to leave, but Mai's declaration reaches her, and she lets out a long meow when the sandal hits her right onto the distorted reflection of the full moon on her forehead.

"Me, you ask me? What's wrong with you!", the fairy shouts back at Mai. "I am cute, so what? Not your problem, or an issue at all!" She jumps on the booth closer to Mai, glancing at her darkly.

The noises attract Veronica's attention, and she tilts her head curiously at the water cat, gazing at her for a few seconds before reminding herself of Mai and getting in between her and the fairy.

"You know, that's not very nice. Let's talk about this and maybe apologise, what do you say?", she claps her hands together with a friendly expression.

Miho Inada has posed:
    Well, Miho did her dance club activities, and then sent a quick text to Amy. She goes back to her dorm room, and changes clothes real fast. She puts on some tight jeans, and a cropped hoodie. The hoodie has a little kitten with mittens on. It has a silly logo of Respect The Murder Mittens under the Kitten. Since becoming Yukihime, Miho doesn't feel the cold as bad as she used to. She meets up with Amy at Dream Kingdom.

    As the pair enjoy the time together at the theme park, Miho seems to relax a little bit around Amy. She's always seems on edge around the other mahou, especially the more upper rank ones. The girl leans into Amy, and kisses her cheek as they wait in line for the Ferris wheel. Miho, herself, is still learning about how to date as well. She hears the kids cry. There's a tenseness in Miho already, as well as a very icy cold glare coming from her.

    "I take it she's not a friendly?", Miho asks. The girl nods to Amy as she takes a step away from Amy. "You lead, and I'll support?", she asks Amy. She takes a deep breath, glaring a bit as she starts to slide behind Amy. Miho might be taller, but she does have a bit of non mahou fighting experience. Thanks Dad! Miho is already stretching her limbs in case it gets physical instead of magical...

Laisa Samuiko has posed:
    Laisa giggles at the hip bump from Veronica and nudges against her shoulder. Maybe not an official date persay, but since when did she need an excuse to have fun with her girlfriend, or any friend for that matter. Even if they are being somewhat on the lookout right now.

    "Ah, bumper cars? Why, I would love to~!" coos the sculptor, all too happy at the invitation.

    Then there's the noise. Laisa was having a pleasant time with her catgirlfriend, forgetting that the rest of the world even existed, until Mai decided to remind here that the world outside her bubble of happiness is not in fact all sunshine and cuddles. She scowls when she hears the snarling and the screaming, and turns around to see--

    Oh no she did not. Did she? Is that a thing that just happened?

    ... And now she's throwing a sandal at a cat? Not even the sandal she was wearing but one she pulled from her purse?

    "Excuse me?" she calls out. "Like how dare you? What's your deal?"

    Laisa takes a step forward and grits her teeth. She almost wants to pick a fight but she doesn't want to actually get into a fight. Especially not when Veronica is trying to talk things down.

    Laisa walks up next to Veronica and stands close to her, arms crossed. Trying not to escalate but also making it clear to Mai that Veronica does not stand alone here.

Mai Elcamino has posed:
"Cuteness is disgusting!" Mai says in vicious and unearned triumph, her voice cutting through the air toward Amy. "Begging to be coddled, whining, saccharine--" Full-body shudder. "Makes me *sick*."

She whirls on Veronica and Laisa, brown eyes flashing dark. "Apologise?" She spits spitlessly to one side, PTOO. "Pelotillero, attend me!"

The villain, she henshins in front of them. Because honestly, whatever, her crown is obvious in either form, and it's the magic one she has the biggest beef with. The water cat fairy. As she's henshining, twirling midair with actually honestly a very pretty purple-black-grey-white henshin (m-maybe she's ace?), she calls out, "Flier Fin! And... and APEX WORLD ORDER!!

A barrier flares to life around them as Pelotillero acknowledges and carries out her order, and Corona! With her amazing winged hat and her big quad angel wings, sweeps up off the ground and takes off her henshin stiletto bootlet and flings *that* at Coralie. (There is time to run away and henshin while she is henshining.)

Amanda Faust has posed:
    Activewear for a date! uhhh... Amy's again wearing the fleece-lined cream hoodie and the patterned pink-and-black leggings, but this time with a pink scoop-neck tee and black shorts and a red scarf.

    It wasn't until they were already on their way here that she wondered if maybe it shouldn't be a red scarf since that's so close to her hair, and yes there's leggings under but why did she pick shorts in winter isn't that a weird choice, and also isn't a scoop-neck weird to pair with a scarf that's going to cover you up? aaaaaa insecurity she knows Miho won't judge but... maybe she should talk to people about how outfits are put together sometime. And maybe shorts aren't just for when it's warm when style allows you to wear layers there. That can be researched later.

    She did return the kiss, and given they are dating, is fine with doing so on the lips if Miho is! But keeping it short while in line. ...Longer kisses being for on the ferris wheel does seem like it might be part of the point of the ferris wheel, come to think of it.

    But, all that's rushing out of Amy's mind now as she expects Mai to release a monster or something. She nods at Miho's words about supporting. << Yeah, that lady's trouble. She's the one who unleashed the zombies on Halloween. Because of a broken nail. >>

    Amy gasps. But as she's about to say something, Mai describes cuteness as begging to be coddled and whining, and Amy cringes a little. "It's not--"

> Makes me sick.
    Amy can't form a reply before there's henshining. Amy activates hers while Mai is changing. The flames leave Amy in the 'cute' outfit, this time not because she's feeling anxious but to annoy Mai. She points the wand at Mai, "You don't have to be cute if you don't want to, and it isn't whining--did you just throw your boot at a cat?! Lady, the cat wasn't bothering you!" Do you hate all cats just because they're cute?!"

    "...Wait, why did you give us a barrier? You love making a mess of everything for people..." Amy looks around, as if she might see some sort of clue as to what trick is going to happen to the people outside the barrier that would be worse than not having it.

Miho Inada has posed:
    While Mai is distracted with her own henshin, Miho sneaks behind a piller. She breathes out, and blue fog comes out her mouth. "Youkai Musume...Yukihime.", she breathes out. The ice mahou comes out with her naginata. She eyes the henshined Mai as she lifts her left hand up. She calls fourth 3 beads, which form into 3 wolves. Two wolves surround Amy while one stays back with Yukihime. She stretches out a little bit while getting out some...air pods? Really?

    Yukihime puts in the air pods, and smiles a bit. She does a quick scan, and finds a few songs in her playlist that fits Dream Kingdom. Its a few mixes from Tomorrowland's concerts.

    << I got a few songs from this year's Tomorrowland concerts going. After this, we're going on the Wheel! >> Yukihime sends back. She had planned on a kiss on the wheel, but well, Mai...Oh Mai...She's going to pay. Which gives Yukihime an idea...

    Yukihime slides back out from behind the piller, and starts to dance a little bit. "So...You don't like cute?", Yukihime asks. She lifts her hand, and blows out some snow out her hand. "Friends of the Forest...Snow Bunnies!", she calls out. And yes, 4 little snow bunnies appear. They look at Mai. Blink bunny blink...And then they take off in random directions!

Laisa Samuiko has posed:
    "What's wrong with begging to be cuddled?" asks Laisa with a slight whine in her voice, misinterpreting Mai on purpose. She really has to wonder how exactly they're going to talk her down, only to witness her henshin and realize that she probably isn't going to.

    She leans closer to Veronica, whispers, "I'll be back, kitten," and then turns to run for the nearest thing to hide behind. Laisa is pretty sure she's henshined in front of potential enemies before, but does she really want to risk even more attention from this horrible woman?

    Shortly after the ice sculptor leaves, a magical blizzard picks up, obscuring view for a brief moment. When it passes, Snow Angel Mou Fubuki is there. "Do you think you can just do that? Go to an amusement part and ruin people's day? What did those poor kids do to you? In the name of adorable cats everywhere, I'll bring you to justice!"

    Of course, she can't fail to notice that there are other magicals here. Veronica, obviously, but also the red Puella and the other snow girl are here too. Since it seems like most people here are either able to handle the cold or potentially able to adjust their outfits to match the weather, Mou Fubuki causes the winds to pick up and the temperature to drop as floating icicles begin to float around her.

Veronica Perenna has posed:
Veronica gives Laisa a perplexed glance with a nod towards Mai at her approach. She is not sure she is quite grasping what issues the angry woman she is having. Weren't they all doing something completely unrelated? She didn't quite the situation before Mai's scream, or what the fairy was doing at the time.

Still, getting angry at one for being cute...

Veronica's eyes widen when Mai henshins in front of them, and she recognises the villain. Oh, she does remember trading quips in Spanish with the villain, and that she was... oddly fixated on being angry and mean? Wasn't that a first for Obsidian? She is quite convinced they always had a cause, at least.

Mai undermines that confidence.

"I will be right behind you", she whispers to her snowsweet, and the brunette opts to quickly move around a booth. At least nobody is around, thanks to the villain's barrier, so that is a lot less trouble in finding a good hiding spot.

"Time to sign off on today's heist!" Veronica grins, clapping her hands above her head. A burst of silver-white sparkles streaks across the canvas of a night sky as her voice lifts into song: "Ready, set, go! I'll paint the sky and spread my colors through the moonlight". The moonlit princess leaps into the air, catching sparkles with outstretched hands, the melody awakening the night itself. Landing with a twirl, moonlight trails behind her, and her hands hold her calling card and miniature cane. Elegant strokes write "Princess of Sarek" across the paper, eyes shining with anticipation. Another clap fuses card and cane into a radiant staff, which she extends to full size with a flourish, her smile triumphant. "This heart of mine you'll see it glowing like a spotlight"

As her song continues, she forms a glowing heart with her hands, and silver light bursts skyward, taking the shape of a cat falling into her arms. Its touch transforms her, a golden shine dying her hair, which braids itself as feline ears twitch into place and a ribboned tail unfurls behind her. "I'm leaping through the shadows dancing with my silhouette", she spins with the rhythm, coating herself in a wave of silver light that explodes into her magical garments. Drawing her top hat in the air with threads of moonlight, the cat thief reaches out for it, crowning herself with a wink, concluding her performance with the last note of her song. "Tonight tonight, oh I'll, I'll paint the sky"

"Prismatic Wall!", she immediately leaps over the booth and back to the fight, drawing a wall of moonlight in front of her, to intercept the strike. The wall of moonlight cracks slightly where the boot powered by Corona's spite impacts it.

"Lo siento mucho, pero esto es un Override de la Chancla", the Princess of Sarek says with a wink at Corona, ending her leap with a whirl of her skirt.

Coralie hisses at Corona, and stands on the booth. "You, aren't you a big whiner? I wasn't looking at you, just minding my business. I can get out of your way, I want no business with you."

She looks at the magical girls that came to her defense. "I will just be cute elsewhere, not here. Go back, just... Let it be." The fairy jumps down her booth now, and waits to see if Corona will actually let them go.

She doesn't want to stay here more than needed. No thanks to Corona for drawing attention to her. Especially with Veronica here.

Mai Elcamino has posed:
Corona whirls around and sees herself suddenly surrounded by mahoujin. Her eyes go wide and she gasps in Spanish, full-body shooketh. "De donde vienes..?" she asks, trailing off, then glares. "Because I wanted to fight with the cat and I didn't know there were sparkles in the area," she tells Amy with a sneer. "THAT cat is cuter than all other cats, and it needs to be LESS! CUTE!"

Corona claps her hands together and pulls them apart, and between them appears from her palms... the other sandal. She tosses it up in the air and considers... catches it, considers, then actively cringes at the faux whining it's like nails on a chalkboard and WINGS the other sandal at Laisa's back as she flees to henshin.

Then she rounds on Yukihime and flings her arm out, glittering red gem on the back of her beautiful opera glove glowing from within. A esoteric runic circle forms around her wrist as she points and calls out, "Exemplary Barrets!"

A bunch of glowing purple balls of energy form in front of her hand as Pelotillero calls merrily, << YES, MISTRESS~! >>. She then proceeds to sneer at Coralie. "They can leave at any time. I won't chase anyone who walks away. Nobody has time for that."

Her other hand is holding up a ball of dark energy, writhing, looking like it's developing arms. She looks a little put off by the cat not actually beefing back, and also a little off balance. She does not shoot yet.

...

Then she smiles.

Corona flicks the little balls of purple light forward and they go after Amy and Miho, and she WHANGS the ball of darkness with arms down at the ground, taking off her other shoe and flinging it at Veronica because who can stand only having one shoe. Anyway it explodes into waist-high monsters made out of tarry black Substance, matte like solid shadow, and the arms start looking ... human ... and they are holding up the bodies of Extremely Large Cockroaches. THey run around on hands. There are four of them.

Mai looks absolutely horrified, cringing away from her own youma. "iQue asco!" she yikeses in disgust. "Pelotillero, duskport--" she starts, and the spell starts slowly materializing under her stocking feet.

Laisa Samuiko has posed:
    The sandal gets thrown at the back of Laisa's head as she leaves. It smacks her dead center and she yelps as it bounces off of her. She turns around to glare daggers at Mai before quickly going to hide and henshin.

    When Mou Fubuki comes back, she's still rubbing the back of her head. Such an insufferably rude lady. The snow angel's anger burns cold.

    Seems like the water cat would rather just not be here. Mou Fubuki says, "Sorry, little cat. Guess you're stuck here for a bit. Do you need to be returned to someone?"

    Corona is starting to duskport away, and the window of opportunity for Mou to get her revenge is closing. Should she be petty with a dark energy user here? Mou wants to be better than that, but also... nah, this gal's gotta pay.

    The icicles floating around Mou start launching themselves at the muscle roach youma, imbedding themselves into the ground of the barrier when they miss. However, her real focus is on Corona for a moment.

    The wind picks up. The air goes down well below freezing, and what comes falling from the sky is neither sleet nor snow, nor is it hail.

    It's probably so much worse if it gets in your hair or clothes.

    It's just really, really, really cold rain, and the storm cloud is floating just above Mai's head.

Amanda Faust has posed:
    Amy pets the wolves next to her, smiling. "Thanks, Yukihime!" And as she sees Veronica transforming, she thinks to add cat ears and tail to her own costume -- a yellowish-blonde so they clearly stand out from her hair and beret -- grinning at Mai, "So, you have a problem with cuteness nya?"

    "You wanted to... fight a cat. You are an adult human being." And then she double-takes at Coralie. "Holy cow a talking cat! ...That we don't already know! Hey, we're friends of the Sailor Senshi, we know other Mauians--!" Amy holds out a hand, calling out to her, but... there's other things to deal with.

    Amy takes a guarded stance as Corona summons barrets. Nobody has time for that? "You literally came up with a bespoke youma over a radish. And a zombie apocalypse over a broken nail. Yes, I believe you would take the time to chase someone you don't like."

    Amy ducks behind one of the wolves, trusting Miho and Laisa to have the barrets handled, and then stands back up again with her launcher at the ready only to get distracted by...

    "What the heck?!" (There was a nya in there in Japanese, but it doesn't work in English.) "Did you guys capture a Witch's Familiars?!"

    Mai commands Pelotillero to duskport her instead of doing it herself (can she? Amy can't remember... no time!) "Oh no you don't!"

    Amy's not letting her go without a parting shot! The launcher disappears, the wand reappearing in her hand, and she spins once as she shouts, with an enthusiastic sweetness, Cutie Heart Blast! and when she finishes the spin and points it at Corona, it fires off a pink heart -- which still explodes like an 84mm HE shell once it's travelled to the Dark General's proximity. (Even though she called it out to be cloyingly cuter, she only put like a fiftieth of a finisher's power in there -- her goal was to annoy Corona, not take her down.)

    The Puella Magi of Cuteness then flicks the wand down to a lower angle and fires a couple more exploding hearts at the youma -- Mai's running away, those are about to be a problem!

Miho Inada has posed:
    Yukihime pauses a moment, and looks at the cockroaches...on human...hands. Ok, she does like horror movies, but that is a line that no! NO! Yukihime actually screams! "What in the hell is that?! No! That is beyond...No! AMY! Did she steal witch familiars?", she yells out! Yukihime actually does look disturbed by these youma! She looks at Amy with a NUKE THEM NOW PLZ look! Yukihime's thing is support, not blow up! Right now she really really wants the blow up option! Amy's wolves stand in front of her, soaking the damage before turning back to beads, and flying back to her.

    Yukihime is so distracted by the youma she gets hit several times, sending her flying back into a stand. That...hurt. A lot! She gets up, looking at Mai a bit. The bunnies run over to her, and look at Yukihime. She sends them back at the dodge patterns. The ice mahou winces as she gets up.

    The girl looks over and Veronica and Laisa. Wait! Is that the Snow Angel? She nods her head towards the Snow Angel. Yukihime takes a moment, and blows some snow off her hand, and letting it fly around her a bit. She takes a deep breath. "If needed, I can provide barriers for you two.", Yukihime offers Veronica and Laisa. "And if worse comes to worse...I can use a special spell.", she tells Amy. "Dire Wolves, if we need to stop her!", Yukihime says, looking at Mai.

    Yukihime takes a deep breath, as several cuts on her body are bleeding, and she hurts quite a bit. "...I'm tempted to call Miburo over here to bite her ankles!"

Mai Elcamino has posed:
"That was a radish??" Corona asks in dismay as the spell takes shape more firmly. "They are accidentally two kinds of youma together, I think. I am no witch," she adds in confusion-- and then there's ICY RAIN ON HER hauuuuuugh she SCREAMS as it trickles down her neck and bedraggles her fascinator, but it's going down her NECK and she writhes for a second, one hand going up to the back of her neck and slapping at it, the other coming up as she yells in alarm, "Round Shield--"

The shield comes up, and the heart explodes incendiarily and Mai flinches full-body away from the sudden bright fire against her shield, even as she's got cold water still raining on her??? and WHY does this always HAPPEN they GANG UP on her it's awful she looks so aggrieved as she vanishes.

Meanwhile, the two youma Amy fires at catch on fire as the barrier vanishes around them, bringing the world back into loud bright vivid focus, with civilians all around, milling and sightseeing and back to normal. Except there are now armed cockroaches the height of four year olds caught on fire and going SLAP SLAP SLAP SLAP as they run around on human hands, hissing.

The two on fire fall over. The other two start running away, SLAP SLAP SLAP SLAP...

Amanda Faust has posed:
    "No, not that kind of witch, a-- ask your coworkers!" Amy decides not to explain right now.

    And then Mai is gone, and there are cockroaches, and-- "Yukihime!!" Amy cries out in alarm, as she was looking over with a smile and starting to give a thumbs-up and say 'I got this!' or somesuch only to see her date is wounded. Amy leaps over that way, conjuring her gyrojet rifle and, since she can't heal and Miho doesn't seem to think she has her own way to attack the cockroaches, starting to hand it over-- and then the barrier goes away, making everything worse.

    "[Shit!]" Amy curses, in American. She was prepared to use her magic to make any rounds Miho fired home, but in a crowd it's too risky. She reaches under her cloak and pulls out her first-aid kit instead, pushing it into Yukihime's hands. "Take care of yourself and any civilians they cause trouble for. We'll finish them!"

    Fire washes over her body from top to bottom as she changes costume to flight mode, although she doesn't actually fly, she just jumps good to get a vantage point she can shoot down at the cockroaches with. The high-caliber gyrojet rifle still makes a satisfyingly chunky sound as it fires, focusing on one handroach until she lands and leaps through the air again to target the next. The rounds unsummon almost immediately after they hit anything, so hopefull there's no ricochets, and between that and her making the rounds home in on cockroaches from above, there's not much risk of stray fire.

Laisa Samuiko has posed:
    Mou Fubuki glances in Yukihime's direction and nods. "I mean, I absolutely want none of those things touching either me or my girlfriend so maybe yeah."

    There's a small bit of satisfaction that she gets for seeing that horrible woman be even more miserable, but Mou Fubuki tries not to dwell on those feelings too much. She doesn't want to fall into pettiness. Well, at least not too far.

    Now the muscle roaches are coming after them, and ugh ugh ugh they are so gross to even watch. Mou Fubuki had no idea what arachnophobia felt like before she saw these things skittering and slapping and just... Wow.

    Wow.

    "Okay. I think maybe we should just put those things out of our misery. Snow Heart Solstice!" she calls out, raising her hands. All of the wind and sleet and snow that she's magically summoned is now gathering into a ball in her hands. Eventually the sky clears again, because all the power of the blizzard is contained within a ball of purifying frost. She makes a motion like she's pitching a ball, and the purifying snowblast careens directly at one of the youma. Hopefully the others will clean up the other one.

Mai Elcamino has posed:
And squealing and hissing and slapping extremely unpleasantly, the two on-fire youma turn to ash and blow away and the one Amy just straight-up shot from above careens into the one that Laisa is purifying and they both vanish as soon as the snowball hits them.

Apparently no matter how horrid the youma looked, they were basically distractions. Maybe there's some situation under which they woul-- no they were A Mistake.

Miho Inada has posed:
    Yukihime nods her head a bit as she takes the medkit. She shakes her head a little bit. "And this is what date night for mahou is like? I really need a kiss after all this.", she says with a small laugh. Yukihime does give Amy a small kiss on the lips as Amy gives her the kit. "Get'em!", she says.

    The ice mahou takes a deep breath. She so thinks that they might need to make a stop at Bakeneko for some snacks before home. And maybe quietly avoiding the nurse's office, in case of Setsunas...

    The snow bunnies keep running around, distracting kids a little bit with silly antics while the mahou make a quiet escape without being seen. Snow bunnies are great kidstractions!

    Amy chuckles briefly at Miho's comment about mahou date night. "Yeah, ask Usagi-chan and Mamoru sometime..."

    After she lands from her leap, and the monsters are defeated, she's... standing in the middle of a crowd! In a costume! She dismisses her weapon and walks back over to Yukihime, trying to pretend with actions and body language that they're cosplayers until they can get somewhere to dehenshin, and putting and arm around her date in case she needs the support after taking those barrets. She takes off her helmet and dismisses it. "I'm afraid all I've got in there for pain is over-the-counter stuff." Not that she'd advocate the serious pain pills just for barrets if she had them. "But apparently those spells are meant to be nonlethal, so, hopefully they'll heal faster than cuts or burns."

    When they do find an out-of-the-way spot to dehenshin, well, that's also an opportunity to give Miho the requested kiss! Before anything else crazy happens.
